We went for the sea facing premium rooms but the bedsheets and pillows were extremely dirtly. One of them had blots of blood stains on it. They got it replaced. We immediately called the ***ager and staff and said it was unacceptable and we need to talk to the GM. The GM came down later and started defending their staff. When we asked for co****sation for our pathetic experience, the GM started saying we are being unreasonable and insensitive. He kept on defending his boys so I took out my phone and said I'm taking a video. And then began this GM Mr GC Nanda's atrocious behavior towards me. He pointed his fingers, raised his voice and came close to my face with impossible behavior. He insulted me, spoke to my husband cheaply and shouted at our mothers pointing fingers directly at our faces and treating us like culprits instead. He yelled at me and told me how dare I try to take his video and ***y sour words followed. Never in our lives have we ever been treated in this way. Then they said we are at Jaggannath dham, we cannot think of this as a vacation. So we should be considerate. This GM also said 'I'm aware what kind of intention you people have come with'. It's ludicrous how they have made the mistakes and have made us feel like we are the wrong doers! We did not accept any discount they were offering us as we have been humiliated enough. Especially I as a wo*** have never felt this insulted before. I was scared he might even raise his hands at me the way he charged forward. We were supposed to check out in the morning next day but their behavior made us checkout in the middle of the night itself. Before checking out, another ***ager said we have used items from their mini fridge which again was false! We refused to pay because there's a limit to harassment.
