Lovely house with amazing views Perfect house for a family of four. No complaints whatsoever. Great quiet location just outside of the downtown area. 5 minute walk to the beach. Amazing ocean views. The kids loved the pool and we appreciated the beach toys and snorkeling gear.

Perfect Vacation Stay! Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at Villa Makaira. We enjoyed the walking proximity to the beach and the pool at the house. The house was clean and comfortable. We experienced a power outage (island-wide!) during our stay but the house was equipped with a generator and communication with Rachael was excellent the whole stay. We absolutely would stay again and highly recommend this property!

Perfect Rincon spot! Our host, Rachel, was fantastic with communication. Always extremely prompt and provide us any information we needed and solved. Any problem we had. It was a pleasure working with her! The house was perfect for Five Guys around 50 years old in Rincon for a surf trip. It has everything you might need, in the pool was the icing on the cake along with the views.

Exactly what we hoped for! This house was perfect for our family of 6. The location was amazing and the view was stunning. We enjoyed the pool as an extra bonus! Rachael was very responsive and prompt with any inquiry we had.
