"Das Personal, insbesondere an der Bar, (!) ist außerordentlich freundlich und kompetent, alle Zimmer sind sauber, das Essen ist auf jeden Fall noch verbesserungswürdig! Den besten Kaffee gibt es auch in der Bar, der wird mit einer Siebträgermaschine gemacht"

"Schöne und gepflegte Anlage, fast ausschließlich spanische Gäste, die Fremdsprachenkenntnisse des Personals waren leider oft nicht ausreichend. Es wurde weder Englisch noch Französisch oder Deutsch gesprochen. Im würde zudem nicht all inclusive empfehlen - dies wurde uns im Reisebüro angeboten, wir waren aber so ziemlich die einzigen mit all inclusive Armband und im Restaurant oft nur langsam bedient, oft war es nicht möglich ein zweites Getränk zu bekommen. Die Sauberkeit in der kompletten Anlage inkl Zimmer und Lage zum perfekten Strand waren sehr gut. Das Pool Personal und die Animateure (Wassergymnastik) waren top. Reservierte und nicht genutzte Liegen wurden konsequent frei geräumt man konnte slso immer Liegen bekommen."

"I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this 4-star hotel, which fell far below even basic expectations. We paid close to €200 for one night and even called ahead to confirm everything would be ready for our late arrival. Despite this, we entered a room that was clearly not prepared—there were no towels, no toiletries, and none of the basic amenities you would expect. We went to reception to request these items and were told they would be brought to the room shortly. Nothing arrived that night. I had to go back down again the next day to ask for the same basic necessities. This is unacceptable for any hotel, let alone one claiming to be four stars. The situation was made worse by the attitude of a staff member, Jose Manuel, who was dismissive and unhelpful when we raised the issue. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was how we were treated during breakfast. We were repeatedly questioned about our room number multiple times by staff, while other guests were not. This felt very targeted and left us feeling singled out and unwelcome. It is difficult to ignore the possibility that this may have been influenced by bias, including race. I also suffer from anxiety, and having to repeatedly chase basic necessities—especially late at night—significantly increased my distress. This entire situation could have been avoided if the room had simply been prepared as promised. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience. I would not expect this level of service from a hotel of this rating, and I would not recommend staying here."
