We had a great stay. Superb, clean resort with brilliant food and facilities.
Being our fourth visit to a property in this group, twice in the last two years, however, we were very disappointed to have not received any of the loyalty scheme benefits our status entitles us to. No room upgrade (ok, high occupancy), no spa discount, no champagne. And after 3 times of mentioning it at reception, we got bored of asking.
Definitely a great resort to visit, but not as ‘excellent’ as it was. Don’t expect any special touches and definitely don’t expect the loyalty scheme to count for anything if you’re retuning and hoping to feel valued as a repeat visitor.
