Riu Palace Punta Cana - All Inclusive

Fue un regalo para mi padre por sus 50 años y la pasó increíble. Dice que las instalaciones son impresionantes y la comida fue inigualable. ¡Y ni hablar del excelente servicio! La habitación estaba impecable y cada empleado era atento a cada una de sus necesidades. Realmente volvemos nuevamente y con mucha alegría. ¡Enhorabuena!

酒店的Riu party 很有特色

The good: Location and grounds are beautiful; the food is average (for an all-inclusive); the pools are good; the shows are family-friendly. No problem getting into the restaurants, or drinks at the bar. The bad: About half of my interactions with the staff were lass than satisfying. Many of the staff (especially the younger female staff) were unhelpful, had elitist, condescending attitudes, and acted as if the hotel guests were bothering them. Picture if the DMV was operating your all-inclusive... On several occasions I had to "correct" the staff about how much something cost (overcharging). The worst intersection was at the SPA when the receptionist rolled her eyes, and walked away in the middle of a transition without a word. I was rarely greeted when entering a restaurant, spa, or bar. Sort of poor attitudes throughout. I emphasize that this was not all of the staff, but enough to leave a negative impression of the resort. This was my first trip to DP, so it is unclear if this is a cultural issue toward Americans/males/whites/tourists, or a staff training problem for RIU. If I return to Punta Cana, I won't be staying at a RIU property again.

We had the most enjoyable stay at Riu Palace Punta Cana. The staff is so friendly and fun. The resort is clean and well kept. The dining options were numerous. ******* offers a free shuttle to and from the airport. Alfredo and Ambiorix with destination services were awesome to work with. Our only complaint would be the that the breakfast buffet was not very good. The food was typically cold and kind of stale. Otherwise 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, 10/10 would recommend.

Riu Palace Punta Cana is a beautiful property that is well maintained. Easy access to everything- pools, beach, restaurants, entertainment and Riu Party. We dined in 4 of the 6 restaurants. Servers were attentive and pleasant. Food was plentiful- my only complaint would be that many of the meat courses were fatty and either over cooked or too rare. The meat at times was impossible to cut with a knife. Otherwise we had a terrific time.

Must come back… amazed with the service. Wish the tickets were cheaper to go back again and again.

There were some bugs in my room restaurant smell nasty every time we go in there overall I don’t recommend this property. I’ve been to the one in Cancun service and clean was absolutely amazing over there, but not in Punta Cana

If the food was good then it work be 5 star. Food isn't terrible but it more like Applebees level. Buffet is more like school cafeteria food. Drinks is nasty tho. Just don't have high expectation and you will be fine. The good thing is no rsvp require for the so call high end restaurant . It is first come first serve so you will always be able to eat at any restaurant you like
