"Service: The hotel service was excellent and very considerate! We went with our almost six-month-old baby, and the hotel not only provided a crib but also called a pediatrician for us immediately after learning that our baby had a fever. Because of the baby's fever, we had to delay check-out, and normally the hotel policy would have charged 30% of the room rate, but they didn't charge any extra fees. Cleanliness: The hotel has a long history, and the staff maintained excellent cleanliness. However, perhaps because we stayed above the restaurant (or because it's by the sea), there were flies in our room. Facilities: The hotel has many staircases, including at the entrance and on the way from the elevator to the rooms. This is not suitable for disabled people, the elderly, or families with strollers. The hotel only has two small elevators, which would be inconvenient during breakfast hours. The showerhead in the bathroom is also not powerful enough, making showering uncomfortable. The kitchen facilities are limited, definitely not enough for guests who like to cook. Location: The hotel itself is built on a cliff, and you have to take a taxi to get to PDE and the beach, but thankfully it's not far. The hotel does not provide shuttle service to the city, and there are no buses nearby. Nearby attractions are limited to the hotel and a small museum built within it. Restaurants, aside from the two within the hotel (and a café in the museum), are a kilometer or two away, and involve many hills. In summary: This three-star hotel isn't too demanding, suitable for young people or families with older children (family suites are available, two floors), and for those traveling by car. Parking is readily available. The gym is too small and feels cramped, but the hotel and its scenery are among the most beautiful in Uruguay, making it worth staying three or four days."

"Well, it wasn’t a busy season quite yet my day was fantastic. Frederico was so great with customer service! He answered questions timely, and really went outside of his job description to help me with whatever I needed. Thank you Frederico! The sports campus is really cool as we were here for the Copa America for 2025. The pool at Crystal view is fantastic and the crystal Beach was also amazing! The service at the restaurant was great. The food was good as well. I hope I can come during the busy season so that I can experience all of this with more people. Thank you, Solinas resort and thank you Federico for a great experience"
