I stayed here a total of 3 nights - 2 nights before my Antarctic cruise, and 1 night on the way back. I really liked this hotel and it exceeded my expectations. Both rooms I was assigned were fantastic. Spacious, clean, modern, and comfortable. Lovely large bed. On the way back they gave me a massive apartment-sized room - crazy! The service is top notch once you get to the hotel. Reception and restaurant staff are fabulous. The hotel is right across the street from Unimarc - a large supermarket and very close to restaurants, souvenir stores, and the main town area and shops. I want to thank the hotel for being flexible and preparing me a hot meal that was ready in my room when I arrived after midnight. I had a late flight coming in and room service closed at 11.30pm. I arranged for them to cook me a meal and have it ready in my room at 11.30pm. This was a lifesaver! I very much enjoyed my stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. There were a couple of things that could have been improved: 1. It is very hard to get into contact with the hotel before arrival. They only respond to emails half the time. That being said, their concierge staff always responded to my emails and were a big help. Big thanks to Fernando from Concierge and Felipe from Reception who helped me greatly when I didn't get any response from the General Reception team. 2. The hotel is extremely busy and the lifts took a long time to arrive on some occasions. One of the lifts also broke down on one day and the wait was even longer. 3. Gym opening times - they have a great gym but it closes early. I think on Sunday they close at 9pm. It's terrible. For a hotel like this, they should have the gym freely open till midnight. Overall I think they did a wonderful job and provided great service on arrival. It was a great stay, thank you.

Großes Hotel. Schönes Restaurant und Lobby-Bereich. Wir essen ein Abendessen, das sehr gut war. Das Frühstück war auch gut. Keine Beschwerden. Personal große Esp Joaquin am Frontdesk, der mir half, TDP Park Eintritt online zu bekommen. In einer Woche zurückkommen und wieder aufhalten. FYI Parkplatz ist vor der Straße. Wir fanden einen Ort, aber dort sehen wir viele kostenlose Parkplätze an anderen Orten.

Wir waren hier drei Nächte während unserer Reise nach Chile im August. Unsere Erfahrung war insgesamt positiv, vor allem im Hinblick auf den gezahlten Preis. Das Hotel ist 4 Sterne mit ein paar Jahren auf den Schultern, aber insgesamt ist die Struktur komfortabel und gemütlich. Die Lage ist komfortabel in der Mitte. Das Personal ist immer verfügbar und angenehmen. Die Zimmer sind sehr heiß, vielleicht sogar zu heiß, da wir im Winter im Süden gezwungen waren, das Fenster zu halten, um zu atmen. Das Frühstück ist etwas arm und vielleicht sollte man umstrukturiert werden. Insgesamt kann ich dieses Hotel nur empfehlen.

The service was great and professional. We stayed only for 2 nights to go on the boat tour to the antarctic. I'm really happy towards the end where we checked out but we were allowed to keep our luggages at the hotel while we explored the city for the last time. The young staff, didn't catch his name, was very helpful and assisted us with ordering a 🚕. Only downside would be the carpet in the room didn't look very clean, but aside from that it was great.

Hotel Los Navegantes has decent rooms, a great lobby, a great included breakfast, and centrally located in Punta Arenas. The cost was affordable for a decent, comfortable, and clean room and the breakfast was great. If you'd like to customize a breakfast item or eat something not at the buffet, you can ask the staff and they'll be happy to help out.

Von meiner Ankunft an ging alles schief, da das Einzelzimmer, das ich lange im Voraus reserviert und bezahlt hatte, nicht verfügbar war, und für die erste Nacht gaben sie mir ein Doppelzimmer, das, wie sich herausstellte, zwei winzige Betten hatte, wenn sie eins wären /2 Quadratfuß, und das musste ich nicht nur akzeptieren, weil ich es bereits bezahlt hatte, sondern weil sie mich um 5 Uhr morgens von diesem Hotel für den Ausflug nach Torres del Paine abholen würden und ich nicht mehr konnte ändern Sie es…. Ich kam spät abends von der Exkursion zurück und fand ein neues Zimmer vor, das sogar noch schlimmer war, da weder das Waschbecken noch die Dusche im Badezimmer funktionierten, aus dem nur ein Rinnsal Wasser herauskam und es kein Personal gab, das irgendetwas reparierte. so dass sie mir keine Lösung gaben... nachdem ich unbedingt eine zweite Nacht voller Schrecken verbracht hatte, „habe ich gleich am Morgen das Hotel gewechselt“!!! Kurz gesagt, dieses Hotel erinnerte mich an diejenigen, die in der Kabelsendung „Hotel ohne Sterne“ zu sehen sind, denn es ist sehr schlecht gepflegt (besonders die Badezimmer), die Dielen knarren bei jedem Schritt, die Wände sehen aus wie Papier und man kann sogar hören Wenn jemand in einem anderen Raum niest, lässt sich die Heizung nicht in jedem Raum regulieren oder ausschalten und die Hitze ist so groß, dass man sie nicht ertragen kann, das Restaurant funktioniert nicht (man sagt, es liege an der Pandemie, obwohl ich das nicht konnte). Sehen Sie, sie haben kein Personal. Das Frühstück ist ziemlich dürftig und es gibt kein WLAN in den Zimmern. Ohne Zweifel ein überhaupt nicht zu empfehlendes Hotel, aus dem ich im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes „herausgekommen“ bin!!!!!!!!

Im Rahmen unserer Rundreise waren wir für eine Nacht im Hotel, das inzwischen Almasur heißt. Unsere Zimmer waren im alten Hausteil und dementsprechend nicht neu und trotz Fahrstuhl im Haus mussten noch einige Stufen mit den großen Koffern genommen werden. Es gab aber ausreichend Platz und sogar eine Kaffeemaschine, was in Südamerika sehr selten war. Das Bett war groß und hatte eine gute Matratze. Das Frühstück wurde im Restaurant serviert und hatte eine gute Auswahl. Es stand im Rezeptionsbereich ein Wasserspender zum Auffüllen unserer Wasserflaschen bereit. Die Einkaufsstraße und die Promenade sind fußläufig zu erreichen.
