Very good place with excellent service. Food was Super excellent in Cloud hill resort. Sir Rabindra Sahu/Shubham and his team member was very professional hospitable and provided very good service. My 5th wedding anniversary celebrate this time such amazing experience .The rooms are lovely. Dining experience bis amazing. Nice place to move around and explore. Nice place to visit with family.A good place for corporate events also. Good to have picnics, parties and fun events at this place.Thanks Cloud Hill resort

The location is very good. Little far from the city but very peaceful. They have indoor ( Carrom, Table Tennis, Pool) as well as outdoor games( Cricket, Football, Badminton) The restaurant is also very good. They serve only vegetarian food. We really enjoyed.

Old but very clean rooms with nice 360 views of mountains , Gardens , flowers etc., Awesome veg.food of virender's Paratha & bharat's dosa uppma etc , , wonderful friendly host Mr Das, Nice friendly and helpful crew Messes. Sahu Ajay Atul rahul, and mangala Awesome experience & recommend whole heartedly. Hope your will be as awesome as mine .

Excellent Food. Sumptuous Breakfast Staff are very friendly and customer oriented. Ask for Rabindra Sahoo. He is the boss when it comes to food. And Mr Captain Mr.Laxmi Das for your orders All Meals Excellent. They arranged for Anniversary Cake at 11.45PM for our friends celebration Looking forward for a re-visit in Rainy Season.

Our 3bedroom duplex Villa lacked basic facilities like hot water in bathroom and television for entertainment. The location of the property, view for our masterbedroom deck, average food quality with limited options in breakfast was all good and gets a thumps up however the maintenance and hygiene perspective needs lot of efforts from its management. The Molded head beds in all the three rooms, leaking AC, smartv with no wifi connection and the bath tubs with insects crawling just doesn't give us the reason to return or recommend. Daily we had to remind the housekeeping staff for towels and clearing out the used dishes and cups to be taken from the room. The spa experience was better than any other facilities within the resort . We didn't use the pool so wouldn't comment on it. Play area slides and swings need to be repainted for sure. As most of the entertainment sports facilities were rusted or broken. Wifi voucher provided didn't work we had to use our own mobile network to connect for internet as well the dishtv recharge wasn't done even after promised by the staff. One of faulty TV from the masterbedroom was un installed and taken and never returned atleast not in our duration of stay. There were hardly any guests while we stayed however still the basic comfort of us, as a guest wasn't catered by the hotel staff .

Mr Rabindra Sahu , Mr Laxmidhar Das and Ms Meenakshi demonstrated customer centricity by paying attention to details during my stay . They took good care of the needs and were super fast in responses weather it was specific food asks , WiFi connections & many more such examples . Looking forward to come back again in future as well .
