Very bad experience when i checked my room in my room service *** washing his clothes in the bathroom

Very clean, good customer service good housekeeping staff, very convinient location, 15 minutes walk from pune railway station

Behaviour of the receptionist was terrible. Cleanliness of the room was horrible. You can easily see the insects roaming in the room. Amenities are not up to the standard mentioned. It is above the hospital and they don't even have a proper reception even.

Room was average nothing to complain but nothing that i loved staff were slow. There was electricity issue

Actually there are small insects in bed. No cleaning in bed. I have faced problems with insects

The common areas were regularly sanitized, and there were ample hand sanitizing stations throughout the property. However, i noticed that the housekeeping staff could be more attentive to detail, especially in the corners and less obvious areas. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious and offered a wide variety of options to cater to different tastes. However, the service during peak hours was a bit slow, which could be improved to enhance the dining experience. The staff were friendly, courteous, and always willing to assist with any requests. Their professionalism was evident, but a bit more training in customer service could further elevate the guest experience. Overall, my stay at hotel vrindavan was pleasant and enjoyable. With a few minor improvements, it could be an exceptional place to stay. I would recommend this hotel to others and look forward to visiting again.
