hotel is amarzing, love the location and staff is friendly. Will visit this hotel when am there again.

The only positive thing is that the personal is helpful. All the rest is a nightmare. In the room, the air conditioning was not working, the support of the handle of the shower was broken, the fan in the bathroom (without window) was not working. On top of this, despite we booked a non-smoking room, there was an horrible smell of smoked cigarettes The breakfast was poor in quantity and quality. They only blend of the available was red fruits, no black tea no breakfast tea! The second day there was no bacon for the eggs, only a small boiled sausage. And the price was not cheap at all! The location is good, 15 minutes walking from the center. There is also a private parking lot for your car. The real estate and the furniture is quite old, they’ve tried to refurbish a bit with doubtful results. Summarizing: the only positive aspect is the person, all the rest, forget! Pick this hotel only if you are desperate and you don’t find anything else and for a short period.

Very nice and charming hotel on the great location, a few hundred meters from all famouse places in Pula. Room is big enough for two, very clean, all what We need We had. Parking is free and very safety at the place around the hotel properties . Breakfast was good, everything was fresh and enough. On the end, the staff of this hotel is very very hospitality.

The staff were truly exceptional—warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

Nice and clean hotel, outstanding and very professional staff and good location in Pula. I can give high recommendation for this hotel. This hotel is perfect for a family visit, business trip, trip with friend or solo trip. I will come again for sure.

Had a bad start to this stay as the hill view room we were booked in was occupied when we arrived, This was a little concerning as we walked into a room where someone was staying (they were not in at the time). We were then moved to an apartment room which was nice although the WiFi did not work very well. The staff quickly refunded the difference in room price and they were very apologetic and helpful. The room we had was clean and comfortable with a good bed and bathroom. The breakfast offering at the hotel was terrible with a lack of staff on hand and a poor selection. This really does need to be improved as it is very basic and let the stay down. Hotel has good free parking and is a 20 min walk from the centre of Pula.

Hotel Artena is a wonderful place to stay, with a clean, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere. The hotel staff was excellent. The breakfast very good. The hotel is on a busy road about a mile or more from city center so a 25 minute walk. There is no air conditioning or fans so the warm nights can be difficult.
