"Zweimal hatten wir kein Wasser mehr zum Duschen, offenbar ein Problem, das das gesamte Resort betraf. Die Qualität des Essens ist akzeptabel, der Service sehr langsam. Weitere Details wie das Versäumnis, den Zimmerservice (Teller und Gläser), die von anderen Zimmern in den Fluren genutzt wurden, ganze Tage lang abzuholen. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals, wie immer ein Klassiker in Indonesien. Hotel mit Potenzial, aber es muss noch an den Details gefeilt werden, um wirklich den Standards eines 5-Sterne-Hotels zu entsprechen."

"Saran Zimmer 4 wir blieben in, der Klimaanlage arbeitete nicht maximal, vielleicht die Wartungsbedürfnisse müssen Aufmerksamkeit gewidmet werden. Beide Schlafleuchten sind zerbrochen und können nicht gedreht werden. Die anderen sind sehr zufrieden, aber es ist schade, dass es nicht mit dem Frühstücksservice begleitet wird. Überall ist die Lage gut Das Zimmer ist geräumig Harum Rein Danke Kuta Paradise Ich sehe dich wieder."

"Fantastische Villa mit privatem Pool. Verfärbt von Kuta, Sie müssen eine gute End über jl. Mawun mit dem Scooter zu Olea Villas kommen. Aber Sie kommen zu Hause in einer wunderschönen Villa mit fantastischen Pool. Das Personal ist super freundlich. Frühstück ( was übrigens schön ist ) sie kommen zu der Villa, Scooter kann Sie über ihre Miete zu einem guten Preis ( wir hatten eine 125cc für 100.000 pd ). Sie machen die Wasch für 20.000 pro Kilo. Echt top! Am ersten Abend hatten wir 2 dicke Spinnen im Zimmer, die in einem Winkel oben an den Gürteln hängen. Nicht gut geprüft also während der Reinigung. Darüber hinaus gibt es viele Räucher in und um die Villa. Du sitzt ein wenig auf einem Berg und hast viel grünes um dich herum, also wirst du nicht entkommen. Preisqualität ist dick in Ordnung. Am letzten Tag konnten wir spät auschecken, Transport von/zu Flughafen kann auch für 250.000. Alles geht über whatsapp, die Reaktion kommt immer sehr schnell und ist korrekt. Alles mit all dick zufrieden hier. Ratgeber."

"Lavella is a lovely little property with a beautiful garden. I ended up extending for 3 more nights. The pool is really nice with comfortable lounge chairs and pool towels are provided. The bed is very comfortable and I loved having 4 pillows. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Good Wi-Fi at the property. A water refill station is provided to help with the use of single use plastics."

"Our stay was perfect. I stayed at a total of 5 different hotels or villa in this Bali/Lombok trip and i must say Lina’s Villa is my top favourite! The service crews are super polite and helpful. The vila itself is simply gorgeous! Just look at the photos, they look exactly like the photos the villa posted. The place is also a short 5-10mins walk to the main Kuta street. Villa offers free scooter ride to anywhere in Kuta area. Only small improvement is perhaps you may have to book or arrange early if you would like to try out their spa/massage service as the availability of their masseurs is quite limited."
