Dieses Hotel war ein Nebener! Die Lage war gut, das war die einzige positive. Trotz der Auflistung auf Radisson und RocketMiles sagen so, gab es kein Restaurant. Keine Bar. Kein Zimmerservice. Kein Geschäftszentrum. Die Bilder zeigen eindeutig nicht, dass das hier ein altes Hotel ist. Gefärbte Teppiche und rauchende Hallen sind reichlich. Das Personal am Frontdesk schien zu sehr an ihren Mobiltelefonen interessiert als an der Gastservice! Die Eincheckung war 3:00 Uhr, was gut war, aber es war eindeutig keine frühe Eincheckung. Wir hatten Mittag, kamen um 2:50 zurück und wurden wieder Nein gesagt. Dann 10 Minuten später war unser Zimmer bereit. Wir fragten den Hausmeister, als wir sie sahen und sie sagte, dass das Zimmer vor ein paar Stunden bereit war! Wir wurden Zimmer 412 zugewiesen. Wir gingen zum vierten Stock und die Zimmer waren 400-411. Kein solches Zimmer nach Suche und Suche. Als wir uns nach unten wandten, um zu fragen, sagte er eigentlich: „Oh, 412 ist auf der dritten Etage und die Treppen im Rücken.“ Wow! Intuitiv und wäre schön gewesen zu wissen. Wir mussten unsere Frühstückszeit “buchen, obwohl es ein Buffet war. Wir sind um 7:30 Uhr angekommen und die Tische waren nicht einmal gesetzt. Es ist unklar, warum wir geplant haben. Insgesamt ein enttäuschender Aufenthalt.

Wir haben Enjoy Puerto Varas wegen seiner Lage reserviert, aber ich empfehle es nicht nur für seine Lage, sondern auch für seine schönen Landschaften, räumliche Sammlungsräume, das beste Frühstück, das wir in Chile hatten, freundlichste und hilfsbereitste Mitarbeiter. Wir kamen mit Taxi, weil jeder Mietwagenplatz am Flughafen sagte, es gab keine Autos in Puerto Montt oder Puerto Varas. Im Hotel Alejandra Gallardo - begrüßte uns auf der Frontdesk. Sie sprach wunderbar Englisch, half uns, einen Mietwagen zu bekommen, hatte es zu unserem Hotel gebracht und organisierte uns, es in Temuco 5 Tage später zurückzukehren. Sie schlug ein Restaurant vor, das das beste Lachs hatte, das wir je hatten. Sie hat unsere Zimmer aktualisiert. Das Hotel verfügt über einen tollen Stil, komfortable Chic mit schönen Blumenarrangements im ganzen Hotel. Das Hotel, das Sie sagen können, braucht etwas Erfrischung in Bezug auf den Boden, einiges Reinigung und vielleicht ein frisches Mantel von Farbe auf dem Außen, aber der Stil war wie Sie einen Schatz und ihre Service gefunden und die Grund waren 5 Sterne. Das Hotel war sehr komfortabel und liegt 400 m hoch von der Hauptstraße entfernt. Großes Zimmer mit King-Size-Bett große Fenster mit Blick auf die Stadt. Warm und kalt buffet wurde für Frühstück von 7 bis 11 Uhr Bar und Essensservice bis 11 Uhr enthalten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Keine Kaffee- und Teeanlagen im Zimmer, sondern heißes Wasser oder Tee und Kaffee sind von der Bar im Erdgeschoss erhältlich.

Hallo, ich würde gerne wissen, ob q so nahe ist der Aufenthalt des nativen Walds in der Mitte von Puerto varas, oder ob es eine Art von Lokomotive in der Nähe zu gehen, da q wir nicht mit Privatfahrzeugen.
