Das Hotel liegt unweit vom Zentrum und direkt am Strand. Der Service wird hier wirklich großgeschrieben. Ich kenne viele fünf Sterne Häuser und mag zu behaupten, dass man hier genug für sein Geld geboten bekommt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig, mit Jacuzzi, großem TV, Minibar, Bügeleisen, Telefon usw. ausgestattet. Alle Zimmer sind mit Blick zum Ozean. Die Sicht aus dem 14 Stock war wirklich sehr schön. Ein guter Punkt in diesem All-Inklusive-Hotel ist, dass Armband nicht getragen werden muss. Alle Restaurants können beliebig oft und ohne Reservierung besucht werden. Der Service ist auf dem entsprechenden Niveau. Die angebotenen Speisen sind richtig temperiert, ansprechend präsentiert und schmackhaft. Das angebotene Frühstück ist auch sehr umfangreich und nicht mit anderen Hotels vergleichbar. Hier bekommt man verschiedene Omelettes, salzige und süße Variationen von Crêpes, mexikanische Delikatessen, Smoothies und vieles mehr. Ausschnitte, Brötchen, Müsli, Obst usw. sind ebenfalls zu bekommen. Kaffeevariationen jederzeit verfügbar. Wie in den Restaurants wird auch beim Frühstück auf Dresscode geachtet und das finde ich super. Animation wird angeboten, ist aber nicht aufdringlich. Schuh- und Brillenputzservice werden angeboten. Themenabende mit tollem Büfett und Unterhaltungsprogramm sind ebenfalls ein Teil des umfangreichen Angebots. Beim Einchecken unterschreibt man, dass keine Liegen reserviert werden. Dennoch finden sich genug Menschen, die die guten Plätze reservieren. Mithilfe des Personals kann man aber die Liegen schnell räumen und sich dort platzieren. In diesem Haus fehlte mir wirklich an nichts und ich könnte längere Zeit dort logieren. ILCIA ist auch eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Conciergedame am Pool, mit der man sich gut über das Hotel, Gott und die Welt unterhalten kann.

Beautiful property and hotel staff are warm, friendly, and go out of their way to serve you and accommodate any request. We moved rooms during our stay and the second room had very stiff, old mattresses. The first room had a very nice memory foam mattress. There’s also a sign in the bathrooms that a $20 fee applies for stained towels. This seems to be an ongoing issue for the hotel, and given that women wear foundation, eyeliner, mascara, etc. perhaps they should provide black face cloths instead of charging additional fees. That said, I would not hesitate to stay here again, and plan to do so in the future.

The location, room, and amenities are all amazing for the price. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the front desk staff was very helpful. The restaurant is not the best food you can get in Puerto Vallarta by any means. However, it is very affordable and convenient if you do not feel like leaving. There are also a lot of great restaurants just a few blocks away. The pool chairs fill up early with towels, so it would be nice if they added a few more chairs which I believe there is room for. It was so nice lounging by the pool and being able to walk just a few steps to jump into the ocean. The bar (right next to the pool) also has good drink specials from 1 pm - 3pm and 5 pm - 7 pm. I liked the mai thai! If you are looking for laid back, beach front accommodations, this is the place.

Ich habe im Januar 2022 eine Woche im Porto Allegro, auch als Porto Alegre bekannt, verblieben. Für seine Preisspanne ist dies eine gute Wahl. Auf einer kleinen Seitenstraße genau nördlich des Rio Cuale, ist es im Herzen der Touristenzone ohne Straßenlärm. Ich hatte keine Lärmprobleme von anderen Gästen, aber ich denke, es hängt davon ab, wer dort wohnt, wenn Sie sind. (Es gibt keine Verdichtungen oder Schalldämpfer im Gebäude, so dass Sie die Schüssel-Blast-Effekt erhalten, wenn die Menschen ihre Türen schließen.) Die Zimmer sind nichts Fantasie, sondern perfekt schön. Ich fand die Matrix sehr komfortabel - nicht überhaupt mutigen. Die Zimmertemperatur war von A/C und Fan kontrollierbar. Roller-Blinde, um das Licht zu blockieren, wenn es nötig war. Wichtig war die Dusche A+ - starker Durchfluss und konstante Temperatur. Wichtig war auch das Wi-Fi ausgezeichnet. Ich erlebte nur ein paar Stunden eine Ausfahrt eines Wochentags nachmittag, der weiß, warum. Fernseher hatte mehrere hundert Kanäle, mexikanisch mit wenigen US-Kanäle werfen. kostenloses Frühstück jeden Morgen mit einer guten Variante. Innerhalb des Zimmers gibt es einen Kaffee und ein Flaschen Wasser, und sie geben Ihnen eine Flasche Wein bei der Ankunft. Es gibt einen Dachtop-Hot-Tube und ein Boden-Ebene- ”Fitness-Center” bestehend aus einem Laufwerk, einem Rack von leichten freien Gewichten, und einer all-in-one-Werkzeug, die eine Art von nutzlos ist. Personal überall ist super schön und responsiv. Ich hatte ein paar Fragen, die waren sofort sorgen.

Generally speaking, every hotel and location has its pros and cons depending on your interests and lifestyle. The expansive view from our hotel room 24/7 of the bay never ceases to bore me and more than makes up for any minor issues. From your room, you can see all the way to Punta Mita, see whale fins pop out of the water from December to March, watch and hear the nightly fireworks show from the pirate ship that parks in front of the famous Malecon(boardwalk), and best of all are the ever-changing sunsets!! Though the hotel is about 50 years old and it needs a bit of a face-lift, it showcases typical Mexican architecture with its airy lobby and spacious parking lot. The pool also gives you a view of the bay and is properly maintained. Since the hotel is perched on the hill about 4 blocks from the Malecon be prepared for the garden walk up the steps. It takes about 5 minutes to walk to the Malecon and 7 back up. Enjoy the spectacular views from the hotels Panorama restaurant which is fine dining at its best. Best of all is the staff. Dont forget we are in Mexico so dont expect everyone to speak English. But there are enough staff workers Andrea the receptionist who speak very good English. Sabino the manager has been so helpful. I am writing such a 5 star review because i will have stayed here 5 months and the staff have bent over backwards to help me with repairing my bicycle, providing references to open a bank account, fixed little things when requested, provided photo copies AND have been my translator on the phone when needed. Lastly, the room rates are far cheaper than many hotels including their monthly rates. I recommend staying at Hotel La Siesta!!

Super Lage, alles, was man braucht innerhalb von 2 bis 3 Minuten zu Fuß und Strand ca. 12 Minuten zu Fuß. Sehr sauber und sauber und alles, was man für einen großen Aufenthalt in PV braucht! Ich würde es wieder aufhalten und empfehlen zu Freunden und Familie.

Book in advance and get room conformation and rate in writing or email. There are communication challenges. This year (2023) I dillydallied because I was waiting on a friend with health issues. I monitored daily on the various booking channels and it was reasonable. Then when I decided to go, 12 Feb. It was no longer available so I booked Holiday Inn Express. Lovely hotel but 50 min (to/from) drive into old town where friends were staying is a whole lot of jostling cobblestone. On 17 March I went to Encino to nail reservations for the rest of my stay. I was offered undetermined room at 1,000 MP or king with balcony at 1500 MP. I try to avoid being out and about with money or credit cards so I said I would come back the next day to pay. Next day it was blocked at check-in so I telephoned later in the evening and was quoted a new rate of 1,700 MP $127 Can) . Life is short and allowing Holiday Inn was lovely, clean, cheap, and sumptuous breakfast? But, it is an airport hotel and not a vacation destination. So I checked out of Holiday Inn and went to Encino. Puerto Vallarta Hotels were pretty much blocked to capacity and rates, where you could find them? Beyond $150 per night for lower quality than Encino. To cut the quick. 1,700 got me a room with three beds (I was solo) and an exterior window. Life moves on. Wi-Fi did work in lobby and over the courtyard. The staff spoke very little English, then I speak no Spanish, and it is a Spanish speaking country. Room was clean, TV worked, A/C worked, coffee was available in morning, elevator was only down once. The location is perfect. Relative to what was available in the romantic area? I still got value for money. Puerto Vallarta is grossly over touristed in Old Town. I have stayed at Encino many times. Safe, clean, and reasonably priced. In early Jan 2020 I booked (Expedia). I was scheduled to arrive mid Feb but I cancelled my reservation shortly after because I anticipated COVID. On 11 March 2020 (WHO) declared COVID an international concern. Prepaid / non refundable with 7 weeks notice shortly after booking. Thems the breaks. All in all. No staff issues. Just communication challenges.
