I got what I want finally after two days. I am impressed with that. No more complaints. I will enjoy the rest of my vacation. Was stressful because of room change and issues with getting a safe to store valuables. It all got worked out in two days

DO NOT COME TO THIS RESORT!! My review oddly keeps getting deleted. Do worry I'll post every day if I have to. This resort is a joke. Worst resort I have ever been to. Food at this resort is appauling. Disgusting. They overcook everything to rock hard. Everything tastes days old. Honestly pathetic attempt at an all inclusive. Crown Paradise Club you should be ashamed of yourselves. The resort has 3 restaurants and a buffet. The only way to get in a restaurant for dinner is to use an app that doesn't work. Multiple people saying the same thing. So I go down to front test to try and book a dinner. They say use app. I say it doesn't work. They say sorry I can't help you. I'm like what do you mean. I want to eat here tomorrow, here the next day. They stop me no we can do that. Use the app. It's broken. They say to bad. Wow. Ridiculous. If you are lucky enough to get in the food is disgusting. Honestly I'm not a picky eater at all. The food everywhere is beyond bad. Like carnival hotdogs are cooked better. Going for dinner and eating should not be stressful. Rest assured tho here at the Crown paradise club it will be stressful. The restaurants are all have full at most and the Capitan turns them away saying we're packed sorry. I looked at the disappointment on all the guests faces as they have been just trying to eat dinner all dressed up no where to go. I don't know how this place is still in business. The rooms are falling apart. Toilet paper holders just drop the toilet paper roll on the ground every time. No hot water to use in Jacuzzi or showers. Unless at like 3am. The whole resort is on one hot water boiler. Every single guest looks sad and depressed. Other than the local guests which are happy. We will never come here even if they paid us to come back. Horrendous honestly. The only good things I can say about this resort is the kid water park. Outdated, but still kids love it, which makes me happy if their happy. Another is the pent house suite. 3 showers and 2 Jacuzzi you can't use but their there. Huge 1800 SQ feet which is the only thing keeping me sane. If we got a small room would be so irrate. Staff don't really say hi. They are all defeated as well as I'm sure people complain constantly which would get tiring. Breakfast buffet is good actually. Staff are very friendly in there. They remember my coffee and Bailey's which is nice. I'm not going to let this place ruin our family vacation. I'm sure there will be a reply saying how deeply saddened they are about this and customer service is our top priority. Not a chance it is. They do not care about customer service. Instead of the half attempt of faking you do care. Actually do something about it. None of the other complaints get rectified. They are all valid still to today Instead fix you nightmare dinner service. Buy some tablets or laptops and give it the restaurants. What year is it? 1975? Get with the times. Paid for an ocean view upgrade, given a room on bottom floor in front of noisy bar. Patio door and front door locks had been tampered with and did not lock. Safe was not attached to wall and lock had been tampered with, maintenance in our room at midnight to try and fix the unfixable lock. Explained concerns to front desk, promised a room on top floor for next day. Told room would be ready, then was dirty still, then given away. We did not have a room. At least 3 other couples with exact situation! Daily occurrence at 3:00 in lobby. Finally spoke to manager, threatened to leave hotel, complained loudly, and magically our room was ready We had no phone, had to walk down to front desk for everything, room was cleaned once, our bed had no top sheet, miserable staff, guacamole provided once at buffet. Coffee machine broke constantly. Beautiful beach, (beach vendors allowed on hotel property.. could not relax, beautiful sunsets. Would never return to this hotel!

The grounds and pools were very nice. The reservation system for the restaurants is ridiculous. Cleanliness was poor. It took 3 days/numerous requests for us to get a coffee maker for our room. At least 2 staff members indicated they would be right back with one, I never saw them again.

Just finished a terrible week at this awful resort! First of all the lobby area is very dated and uninviting. Elevators the guest floors are dangerous as there were large hole in the elevator floor. The hallways of this resort are very dirty guests leave their dirty dishes and garbage out in the hallways and in the flower beds. Nobody comes to clean them up. Because of this at night the resort is infested with RACOONS! The rooms are VERY dated and seemed to missing a lot of basic things. Our room was missing a safe which we asked for one and they brought a broken one. The remote for the TV was missing and we asked multiple times for them to bring a remote and one was never delivered. Our room was also missing the telephone. Housekeeping is awful here. Rooms are cleaned sub par. Housekeeping will come either at 08:00am or 6pm. There’s no happy medium. Like we are on vacation! Some days we got towels some days we did not. The food at the buffet is absolutely horrendous. Same thing everyday all day. The food isn’t even warm always cold. The Al a carte restaurants are sub par at most but better than the buffet. To get a reservation at the Al a carte you have to make it at 9:01am. No exceptions. The pools are nice except for this resort doesn’t clean up the pool decks throughout the day therefore the pool areas get over run by cups and plates. Which attracts birds and wasps. Many times at the bars I was served drinks in a dirty cup. The beach is nice. The evening show “Broadway” was fantastic. The gardens of this resort is beautiful. I have a strong feeling that this resort pays for good reviews. Because it is definitely not a 4 star hotel.
