When we arrived, we asked for a fan as we knew there was no aircon. Arrived on a Saturday told us they could not supply a fan until Monday as housekeeping do not work a Sunday. Fans should be kept where reception have access to them. However, I did get one on the Monday after having to ask again. I reported there was only one curtain in the bedroom after 2 days, but I still didn't receive one. I was told housekeeping was trying to find one. In the end I used the throw off the bed and attached it to the curtain rail myself.I was so disappointed as the room was lovely, so we're the guys on reception and the housekeepers. This is basic. We paid enough for the room. Would I stay again ? Yes, but I would have to have confirmation before that the room had all the basics.

I am at the moment i am here right now and not happy with this apartment, the back door lock is broken and no light some of room also the cooker hood light not working and at the balcony I feel not safe with cable lay round and not been fit and not happy I pay this hotel self catering so expensive

We have stayed here now at least 4 times…this year all requests to reception prior to arrival were met and booking in was no problem. Granted there is no Air Con but you are not paying for it…rooms cleaned most days but remember to put the tag out for the room to be serviced, it most likely won’t if you don’t….Apartment areas and reception are very clean and well attended…we had one day when a company were in trimming trees and bushes, and it was luck if you weren’t hit by falling branches at the pool and Indian restaurant area. Please see most negative reviews as an exaggeration as this place is not bad at all….for the price…

Came away with my 11 year old daughter, came down to the pool and she was playing splashing and using inflatables, we were then told by the hotel she couldn’t splash, jump in or use inflatables no where in the booking did the hotel say adult only this is what kids like to do on holiday so I’m unsure why you can’t do this. The rooms have no aircon you can buy a fan for the room but I wouldn’t bother as it doesn’t do anything. The pool is very dirty in the week I was there I only seen it being cleaned once. The beds are very hard and the pillows well you maise well not bother. Sun beds are always free but I think that is because the fun police come round the pool so people go down to the beach. The Indian restaurant on the side of the hotel is fantastic the staff in the day and at night are so friendly and can’t do enough for you. If you want a family holiday I wouldn’t recommend at all.

Fabulous apartment 122 ,we wouldn't want to stay anywhere else now we've stayed here,very clean,lovely pool area,amazing Indian restaurant which we've eaten at many times over the years,beautiful view over the Harbour,helpful gentleman on reception, very comfy beds and well equipped kitchen area ,amazing place to stay honestly, quiet at night all on the flat amazing

Stayed in room 443. This was on he top floor with views across the beach and Marina. Lovely sunny position to sit on the balcony and was spotless. Kitchen had fridge freezer, twin hob, microwave, toaster and kettle and t towel provided. Just remember your own dishcloth and washing up liquid! Towels provided - no face towel - cleaner came everyday barr one. Would fully recommend a visit to the Indian takeaway inbetween the reception and pool. We had either lunch or breakfast here everyday as was cheaper than going to he supermarkets. From 12-1pm and 4-5pm they provide a happy hour (large beer 2 euro and g&t, Bacardi and coke etc was 3 euros (no measurements so great portions!). From 5pm it turns into an Indian restaurant, where I can recommend the chicken tikka bhuna. The pool is heated, and sun loungers have a foam topping. Never full around the pool and no towels allowed to reserve beds! It's a really sunny spot with 3 ladders or a gentle slope for the less abled, into the pool. There is a Spar supermarket to the right and a hypo-dino supermarket off to the left, both only a 5 minute walk, with plenty of restaurants nearby. All in all we found all the staff friendly and would fully recommend.
