Das Hotel ist gut gelegen. Schade, dass es zum Frühstück keinen Speck, Schinken und Käse gab. Es gab Filterkaffee. Bei diesem Preisniveau sollte frisch gemahlener Kaffee zur Verfügung stehen. Das Zimmer war sehr geräumig. Die Toilette eine Fehlkonstruktion. Mehr oder weniger internationaler Standard.

Ein modernes Mittelklassehotel in Uptown mit geräumigen und bequemen Zimmern, hochwertigem Service, freundlichem und höflichem Personal, tollem Ort, praktischem und leicht zugänglichem Frühstück, das ein paar kleine Änderungen nötig hätte. Der negative Aspekt ist, dass die Toilette im ersten Stock stinkt, da kann man nicht widerstehen.

Ich habe dieses Hotel zum zweiten Mal gebucht und es ist immer noch genauso gut Sei es das Personal, das Zimmer, das Restaurant, die Bar, das Schwimmbad, die Lage. Alles ist perfekt!

to be honest it was an amazing stay. The stuffs always do anything so that we can have a good time. I really wanna tell them my thanks.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to the airport, which makes it incredibly convenient for travelers. They offer a free shuttle to the airport, which was very helpful. The breakfast was also decent, with enough variety to start the day well. Although my check-in experience wasn’t perfect, the staff handled it as best they could. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and since the hotel was fully booked, I didn’t get the twin room I had reserved. However, they were quick to accommodate my family by adding an extra bed for the kids, which made the situation more manageable. Overall, the location, amenities, and helpful staff make this hotel a solid choice for airport travelers. With a little improvement in managing bookings, it would be even better.

The Staff young enthusiastic, hospitable, warm, accommodating, and willing to go beyond’ the call of Duty.   The breakfast offerings were both local and international.  The staff was even ready to make fresh hot ginger tea from scratch.  The service from laundry to the doormen and transport persons to the airport was both professional and kind.  Our shuttle driver Jhong as well as the whole welcoming staff was discerning.  I was  so impressed when upon our arrival they could see that my travel companion was in need of a wheelchair.  And to top it all off we were provided with a cool ginger tea.  Wow! Wow! Wow!     We can’t wait to return to the Best Western/Ivywall.

I spent a week in Palawan ..a3 night stay was at the 5 star Princessa garden Island resort located in Puerto princessa and 3 nights in the Seda lio of Elnido and to be honest, the friendliness and politeness of the staff in Best Western exceeded by far the staff in the 2 resorts previously mentioned. Location was excellent..breakfast was very good with many choices..rooms are okay I would definitely stay there again

Location is absolutely nice if you are fly in Puerto Princesa Airport. Staff are great and very cordial. 

Great stay! The hotel was clean, staff were friendly and accommodating, and they helped with a late checkout. The free airport shuttle was a convenient bonus. Highly recommend!

A great place for a short stay. Attentive service, lovely pool, small bit ok gym, large and clean rooms. Recommended.

It’s ok… the breakfast, the pool, the service is ok. Small adjustments would make it better eg refilling breakfast items and when asking reception a question their go to answer seemed to be no. For example, can I have a spare key? Can we have our room cleaned. Both got a response of no. When I asked for further clarification it became an err yes. You need a spare key to go to the pool, the spa, the gym etc so they need to think of a better system . We’d been out all day and left the sign asking for cleaning. Got home and it wasn’t done so we asked when popping out for dinner. Overall, not bad if you want a motel style. A bit rusty otherwise

BW Plus Ivywall is conveniently located near the PPS airport. This is perfect for those who have to get to the airport early for their flights or who arrive late in Puerto Princesa.

Very nice hotel with excellent breakfast and big rooms. The only issue is lack of water pressure in the shower as well as the sink doesn't drain fast so it fills up. But overall very good hotel.

We loved our stay at the Best Western, the room was spacious and clean and everything we were looking for during our vacation, home away from home! The hotel staff are super friendly and were very helpful upon checkin and the checkout process. We felt safe in the hotel and the are many cool little spots within walking distance of the hotel!
