Hotel Martín Gusinde

Perfect location in the center of Puerto Natales and a couple of minutes walk from the plaza or the shore. Parking right in the front. Excellent and friendly staff who speak Both Spanish and English (and, I would guess, other languages, too). Room was compact but very clean, modern, comfortable, and welcoming. Same for the bathroom. I've paid over $400 a night for similar rooms in NYC as comparison. Breakfast was also excellent. Overall a delightful experience and excellent value for the money. I hate to say it, but they should probably raise their prices.

This was a really excellent hotel right in Puerto Natales and overall excellent value for money. Room was modern and clean, staff were super friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent each day, and internet was fast. Overall better than most hotels that I have paid twice the rate for - this is an excellent value, a wonderful experience and I couldn't recommend it more highly.

Puerto Natales is a small town and the hotel is only a few blocks from the main streets. Small lobby and nice breakfast room. Room is fairly spacious with bathroom that has great water pressure for the shower head. Adequately appointed room.

Supposed to be 4 star hotel but : no freege no posibility to heat water no mirror ,no reading lamp on one side.now you tell me how to rate this crowdy roo with no place for 2 suitcases.big bed thou Good service at reseption nice breakfasr Quiet hotel,very good locarion

Martin Gusinde was included as part of a multi country tour package. Out of the 5 motels we’ve stayed in while in Brazil, Argentina and Chile this has been our favorite so far. From reading the past reviews, apparently they have completely updated the place and it shows. In my opinion the staff went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable. Sergio did an amazing job with the breakfast and his enthusiasm, great service and upbeat vibe was a perfect way to start each day. Any business owner would dream to have an employee like Sergio, kudos to him! The rooms…. Pros: everything updated and very clean (including the carpet). Comfortable bed although a little to soft for my liking but that’s just a matter of preference. Walls are soundproof with little outside noise or from other rooms. Bathroom has new tile and is clean and modern w/stand up glass panel shower. Walking distance to waterfront, shops and restaurants. Cons: bathroom is on the smaller side but they make the most out of the space. No elevator but staff does help with luggage.

Excellent Hotel at Great Value We highly recommend this hotel. It provided excellent value at such a reasonable price compared to other properties nearby. — Location was great. It was minutes from the main square, and right next door was a laundromat for dirty W Trek hiking clothes :) — Service was excellent. Whether it is the receptionist, the servers at breakfast and the cleaning ladies… they were all very friendly and really tried to accommodate our needs. — The rooms had everything that we needed, at the quality we expected. Room was spacious enough, shower was great, there were organic amenities, they provided clean towels, there was daily cleaning. We loved that everything was just done so well. — Great breakfast! We always start our day with high energy because of the yummy and filling breakfast. They even offered to give us takeaway breakfast on the day of the patagonia international marathon (which was really thoughtful of them!) BTW — we stayed one night at another hotel before our W Trek. We were *SO* glad we stayed at Martin Gusinde after our trek.
