Sehr gute Erfahrung, das Zimmer ist sauber, die geräumige und helle, die Einrichtungen sind sehr neu und das Personal ist sehr herzlich freundlich! Der Chef ist der Große Bruder von Guangdong, sorgt sich sehr um uns, macht uns auch ein leckeres chinesisches Essen 🥢 Das Hotel ist ruhig, die Privatsphäre ist gut, der Strand und das Meer sind sehr sauber, das nächste Mal kommen wir 👍

Great service . They are always friendly and helpful. Food is best I had in years if I compare another hotels . And bug bonus is that the kit hen also make food on demand . So if not on menu they do on request and it is worth to pay some extra money. Only downside is that trip.xom do not mention that beside the 30 peso terminal fee . And then on tge another side you need to pay 120 peso tourist tax . And as last 300 peso each person to go to the hotel. But for sure I will go back there

Чудесное место для остановки. У нас было уютное, просторное бунгало с небольшой терассой. Не хватало только холодильника, но это никак не повлияло на общее впечатление. Мы приехали около 2х часов ночи, нас дождались и заселили, несмотря на то, что заселение до 22.30. Ухоженная, территория, потрясающий сад растений. В отеле есть спа, неплохой массаж. Удобное месторасположение - чуть в стороне от суеты, есть свой пляж. Рядом отели без пляжа с мощёной набережной. Дайвинг брали в другом месте, так как в отеле все было забронировано. У нас был но ер без завтраков. Его можно взять и оплатить на месте. Мы завтракали в разных местах, все в пешей 5-ти минутной доступности. В поисках ужина обошли несколько мест, в итоге оказалось, что в этом отеле самая вкусная еда. Повару отдельное спасибо!

Das ist nicht nur das beste Resort, auf dem ich in den Philippinen geblieben bin, sondern es ist mit dem Besten, auf dem ich weltweit geblieben bin. Als Australischer, der viel gereist hat, sind meine Erwartungen an Hotels und Resorts hoch, und dieses Resort hat meinen Erwartungen gerecht. Das Hotel hat meine Geburtstagsfeier gehostet, mit 25 meiner Freunde anwesend. Der Service und das Essen waren erstaunlich und die Lage war perfekt. Ich würde jedem, der Puerto Galera besucht, sehr empfehlen, hier zu bleiben. Ich werde zurück sein!!

Die Ausstattung ist vollständig. Für eine Wohnung kann man kochen. Allerdings ist der Schlüssel etwas groß und kann beim Portier gelassen werden. Der Schlüssel ist eine Steckdose und kann als Schalter für die Klimaanlage verwendet werden. Das Gesamterlebnis ist sehr Gut.

Der Außenpool, die Umgebung, der Garten und die Ausstattung sind fantastisch. Wir genossen besonders die thematische Architektur, Landschaft und sogar die gemeinsamen Badezimmer innerhalb des Schlosses. Die Verfügbarkeit kostenloser Einrichtungen wie Billard, Tischtennis und ein Fitnesscenter, die zur allgemeinen Erfahrung hinzugefügt wurden. Wifi ist auch ok. Wenn Sie jedoch ein Auto haben, beachten Sie, dass Parkplätze recht begrenzt und gelegentlich aufgrund ihrer Lage vor einem Haus mit einem engen Tor geschlossen sind. Klare Anweisungen zum Parken sind notwendig, da manuell auf der kleinen Straße zu manuell zu arbeiten kann schwierig sein. Es dauerte eine Weile, bis sie klare Anweisungen für den Parkplatz gegeben hatten. 初訪問です。 ロケーションはビーチから徒歩3分程で抜群でした。 近くにトライシクルも止まってるので、移動はそれほど困りませんでした。 受付が無いので、チェックインが少しわかりづらいかもしれません。 近くにいるお兄さんに担当者を呼んでもらって部屋に入りました。 お部屋はお値段なりと言ったところで、ドライヤーはありませんでした。 値段とビーチへのアクセス重視ならありではないかと思います！

I stayed at the Dreamwave hotel in White Beach in Puerta Galera 13/9/2022 for 7 nights with my partner To say I was disappointed is an understatement I arrived to find the hotel is currently being refurbished and not as described in the pictures in Agoda. I will list my complaints below that happened in the 7 days I booked a deluxe room. The room had a king size bed in it. A TV unit and a TV and a bathroom. There was no space in the room other than to walk round the bed. No table or chair. No kettle. But more importantly no wardrobe to put ones clothes. The bed when I sat on it creaked and groaned like a 1930s spring bed would. The view out the window was of a building site I went to reception to speak to the manager. I was told that was the room I had booked and is a normal deluxe room I mentioned about no wardrobe but they had no answer to that. After several discussions back and forth I was offered another room but for only 6 days (I would have to revert to the original room for one night.) OK let’s see the room I said and I was showed another room a VIP room four times as big Back to reception I said I would accept that room she said it is another 9100 pesos (150 pounds) I argued that they had failed to supply me with what I had already paid for but they wouldn’t budge So I reluctantly paid We moved in to the room These are the issues with this room No wardrobe we lived 6 days out of suitcases No hot water. They tried to fix but couldn’t I was offered another room to shower in but that lasted two days No kettle till I asked for one The microwave didn’t work The shower floor leaked from the tray to the floor The window was filthy and grimy No hot water in the sink after two days Water pressures in sink was poor No sink plug The bed was great as was the view through the dirty full-length windows The hotel itself has been boarded off just behind reception and all the rooms being let are on the front of the building. The front entrance has a space allocated to a tattoo artist here he lounges sprawled about sleeping in the day waiting for customers The front entrance has roller shutters that come down at night Breakfast included in the 9100. The menu only had small items on it and the value was between 150 and 250. If we had anything above 150 we had to pay the extra On the first night / morning we were woken at 5.30 with someone on the building site behind the boarded corridors singing at the top of their voice. I mentioned this to reception but again it happened on night 2 and 5 On night 4, hotel guests singing loudly in the hallways and reception area, despite a night guard, it woke us up at 3am.
