This so-called 4-star-hotel is totally overrated - the staff is very kind, but the paid breakfast is less then you'll get on an airplane, it's not more than a starter. You'll get no juice if you already took 3 tiny pieces of fruit. Or you'll get one glass of cheap juice from concentrate (not even real juice in a 4-star hotel!), but then no fruit. And don't ask for a second small glass of juice - you won't get it, you already had one. You can choose only one tiny meal, and nothing more. But no extras like chicken or so. Just tacos with a sauce on it. That's it. After this breakfast, you have to go to another place, because you'll be hungry as before. I'm staying in hotels around the world most of the year, but this breakfast is one of the worst I've ever got. If I were here on vacation, I would cancel right away and change my stay. The rooms are big but totally basic - I wonder how they got 4 stars - not even a fridge or a water cooker in the room. If you want more water than provided in the room, you have to pay. Sorry, this is 4 stars and we talk about water!! Never experienced this before, and this is not my first time in Mexico. They just want you to pay for everything. In the morning I wake up because the laundry is in front of my window. The view outside the window is a white wall. You will not get a good sleep here, because you hear EVERYTHING that happens in this hoteI. I would not recommend this stay at all for vacation, in a hostel I would feel more welcome. Read the other reviews - I'm not the only one with this terrible experience here, especially regarding the breakfast. We kindly told them our problems with the breakfast, but they are not willing at all to improve their service. Today at breakfast I kindly asked again: ”I believe it's not possible to get a second glass of juice?” - The answer: ”no, not possible, just one”. If it wouldn't be so horrible here, I would have to laugh. The pictures provided by the hotel are far away from reality.

Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war wunderbar - die Grundstücke sind schön mit einem sehr entspannten und glücklichen Gefühl für den ganzen Ort und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Wir hatten nur Zimmer und Frühstück, so dass wir nicht so viel im Hotel gegessen haben, aber das gesamte Essen, das wir hatten, war ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer waren ausgezeichnet - ein wenig müde in einigen Teilen, aber dann ist das der Fall für jedes große Hotel, in dem ich geblieben bin und sie wurden jeden Tag gut gereinigt. Die öffentlichen Räume wurden alle gut gepflegt und gereinigt. Es gibt ein wenig von einem Wandern auf die Treppen zum beigefügten Strandclub (Cocos) aber es gibt einen Shuttlebus, wenn Sie nicht fühlen, es. Ich würde 100% zurück gehen und würde nicht zögern, es an Familie und Freunde zu empfehlen

This hotel is so run down that I’m baffled as to how it is still operating. In my opinion the positive reviews are illegitimate, if you order by latest reviews and the lower ratings you’ll find what I wish I had read before we booked here. In summary, the hotel reminded me of the places I would stay at when I went backpacking on a shoestring 20 years ago. So on arrival as a family of 5 for a week-long relaxing break from London, we were mortified to discover the state of the hotel and the adjoining beach club. Think mouldy plastic sun loungers (all of them), soft drinks served from a 4 litre bottle which was flat, cracked mugs and tables, mouldy showers and grouting in bathrooms (we had two rooms and both were similarly bad), damaged walls, bobbly, stained and grey bedsheets and tatty grey towels..to name a few of the issues. In addition to the bad state of the property, the service was abysmal. No beach towels left at the beach club, no tables for breakfast available (told to just wait), used drinks from others left outside our room all night and day, indifferent staff when I complained. We awoke to a loud scratching sound in our room which turned out to be a big crab fiddling with the electrical wires! When I demanded it be removed the staff did nothing until I complained to the manager. This hotel was so poor on every level that it bordered on comedy; it was simply unbelievable given how it presents itself on its website. The website photos are extremely inaccurate and misleading, as can be seen from my attached photos. For example, the “putting green” was so old and decrepit that it was not possible for the kids play with. We promptly left after one night (I will be seeking a full refund) and checked into the hotel next door (VillaSol) which thankfully had availability, has been very good and has an absolutely fantastic beach club- and is CHEAPER than Posada Real!! The fact Posada Real charges the prices it does is pretty much fraudulent! So save your money and your holiday and go next door.

When I arrived in my room, the first thing I said was, what a beautiful and spacious suite! I didn’t use the living room side at all, other than to store my backpacks on the dining room table. The bedroom was nice, and the bed was decent. The bathroom had a nice design and although it took some time for the hot water from the sink faucet to heat up, the shower hot water did not heat up at all, so my shower was an uncomfortable cool temperature water. The air conditioner worked well, and the property was extremely quiet at night, which I very much appreciated. The pool and lounge area looked to be relaxing, and was quiet while I was there. The only things I did not like, was housekeeping came into my room even though I had the sign on the door knob stating do not disturb, so I didn’t appreciate my sleepwear being folded and placed on my dirty suitcase. The other thing was, the small cockroach I found under my pillow trying to scurry away before disposing of it, then the spider in my bed the day of packing that I needed to eliminate to ensure no hitchhikers back home.

Como q a ratos estaba algo aburrido pero conforme pasaron los días, descubrí y encontré cosas que hacer y después ya no quería venirme. Me falto tiempo, estuvo genial . Yo sí regreso Recomiendo mucho la playa de carrizalillo y obviamente la de zicatela . El adoquin estuvo bien siempre y cuando quieras comprar muchos souvenirs aunque recomiendo q están más baratos en la central de abastos (centro) de hecho enfrente hay un local de chocolates oaxaqueños y mole; Se los recomiendo mucho . Para desayunar: les recomiendo más el cafecito qué las juquileñas y comer en puerto angelito camaroncitos muy buenos en los q están al fondo

Hallo Reisende, denn um ehrlich zu sein, das Hotel hat einen hervorragenden Kosten-Nutzen. Ich freue mich über den Blick auf den Hauptbay und den schönen Szcatelstrand. Das reichhaltige Frühstück und eine gute Auswahl an Komplimenten, das Zimmer auch ok, nur die HVAC nicht kühlte, aber der Teppich war genug. Der leckere, perfekt klimatisierte und mit super sauberen Chemikalien Anwendung. Die ein wenig ernsthaften Rezeption Mädchen sind nicht so nett, aber sie lösen und behandeln Sie mit Respekt. Jeder, der so spricht, wie er auf der Messe geht, aber ich empfehle 100%. Ich werde zweifellos zurück zu einem der unglaublichsten Strände der mexikanischen Republik.
