Freundlicher Empfang, ausführliche Informationen zur Lage des Apartments im Gebäude. Das Apartment ist nicht das allerneueste, aber geräumig und sehr sauber. Die Betten mit neuwertigen Matratzen. Im Schrank genügend Bügel und Ablagemöglichkeiten für die Bekleidung, dazu kostenloser Safe. Vielkocher würden sich vielleicht eine zweite Pfanne und Topf wünschen, für uns war das nicht wichtig. Das Hotel liegt mitten im Geschehen, trotzdem war es im Zimmer nie laut. Zum Strand braucht man nur die Straße überqueren. Wir haben uns im Los Cocoteros sehr wohl gefühlt und würden dort sofort wieder Urlaub machen.

Sehr schöne Anlage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Check in gestern war schnell und freundlich. Die Apartments sind sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, wenn auch nicht die neusten… aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Schöner schattiger Pool im Hinterhof. Die Lage ist nicht zu übertreffen. Nur das Parken ist um das Hotel etwas komplizierter. Man muss Glück haben, oder etwas laufen. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel und zu empfehlen.

We are just back from a weeks stay. I can only say it was a great experience, a central location ,big apartment with a fantastic sea view .The staff on reception were superb ,we just had a fantastic stay, and our experience was superb . Loads of bars restaurants in the aera and the beach is right across the road .I can only go on our experience.We will definitely return to stay .

Arrived at Labranda los cocoteros 18/4/25 and was met by the wonderful Jolanda on reception this wonderful lady made a great 1st impression of welcoming us and telling us everything we needed to know regarding the FREE safe FREE wifi throughout the complex then we got to our room and have to say we were blown away by the amazing view from our huge window we heard the sea crashing against the shore it was absolutely idyllic and even more so when we opened the the balcony door. We honestly cannot fault this place and will 100% be returning here to stay when we come back to Lanzarote 10/10 for location 10/10 for our apartment no 603 and 10/10 for hospitality from Jolanda even on checking out a week later she made sure all our needs and more were met Thank you for such a wonderful stay and wonderful holiday ❤️

Great apartments in an amazing location directly next to shinaigans Irish bar on the main strip. The apartments are modern and fresh and really well maintained. The location and views from the apartments alone are worth a visit . Small but safe and secure complex. A lot off the apartments are residential so it doesn't have a bar ect but you don't need one there hundreds below it as you walk out them onto the strip.

Brilliant apartments right on the strip directly behind the big shinaigans Irish bar on the corner. Location is perfect right on the strip . The apartments are modern clean and well maintained. It doesn't have a bar ect but it doesn't need one anyway because everything is on the doorstep as you walk out . Really nice quiet apartments it's a small complex and a lot off the apartments folk live in them permanently. The location and views itself is worth a visit I was really impressed.

We have just arrived back after a 2 week stay at Los cocoteros this place is so run down shabby and outdated.On arrival we were given room 309 when we opened the door we were met by a cockroach which you do get abroad sometimes.We had a look around the apartment to see what it was like the fridge was shocking the plastic on the top was broke and all the metal at the bottom was rusted and the door seal was coming off.The tiles in the shower was coming off the wall and all the plastic furniture outside was broke .The bedroom was full of damp patches and mould on the walls which made the bedding feel damp .The second night my husband slipped in the shower because it gets so flooded and really cut his arm so my husband went to the manager to tell him and all he said was ,"what do you want me to do I've only got this " which was a first aid box so he put a piece of bandage .We had a few more cockroaches over the 2 weeks you could hear them in the walls of the bathroom.I know we should of complained to the manager but with his disinterest about the cut on my husbands arm we thought he's not going to do anything about the room and more so it was ironman week and the hotel was packed and I couldn't take the chance they had no more rooms and sent us to another hotel as the situation of the hotel was brilliant .

This is our 4th visit to Los cocoteros & we love staying here. It's in an excellent location. Apartments are surrounded by beautiful gardens & also surrounded by many shops, bars & restaurants & literally across the road from the beach. The apartments are spacious with a separate bedroom & bathroom & are clean & comfortable. Kitchen area has everything you need. Plenty of wardrobe space with a safe, air conditioning & great free wifi. We've already booked for next year & don't actually go home until tomorrow. Staff are friendly & professional & nothing is any trouble. We look forward to returning for our 5th visit in October 2025 ❤️

This was our 3rd or 4th stay in the Cocoteros a d weve just rebooked for next Sept/Oct so that says it all Location absolutely spot on ... we're beach rather than pool people so literally just across a one way street and you're on the beach. Friendly staff, decent free wifi, effe tive free air con, good sized rooms and balcony with great sea/ beach views from top two floors. One minor criticism that I hope will be taken as constructive is a couple of cracked tiles in bathroom, grouting and sealant could do with freshening up and a new showerhead fitting. But as we said, well be back next Sept ... love it!
