Los Tulipanes

Room number 30. Adjoining door to next room with absolutely no privacy what so ever. Can hear every single conversation and kept awake every night and up early due to noise above. Beds are rock hard and could not walk for 2 days. One key given and unfortunately door locked shut when sitting out. Luckily I had just finished cooking, there is no emergency number and no one on sight. Any number we called was useless. I am diabetic and all my medication was inside. After around 90 min a couple helped by using a credit card to get back in!! This is a very poor experience and if I was still cooking the whole block would have been in flames. This needs sorting asap!!! Apartments are basic but you get what you pay for.

Our group really enjoyed our week long stay from the reception when we arrived until our taxi back to the airport. A very quick check in at reception. The apartments are exactly what is described so no problems there. The pool was good and no problems getting sunbeds. The snack bar is very good, with a good selection and very reasonable price. We all really enjoyed our stay.

Great complex for a cheap holiday. Went to celebrate a 50th birthday with friends. Staff lovely, pool bar was great and the pool was unheated but perfect for a cooling dip. 15 / 20min slow walk to beach front. Shop just down the road, which has the essentials, bigger Spar on the front or a Hiperdino about 20min walk away. We only stayed for a long weekend, didnt use the kitchen so can't comment on those. If your looking for a cheap and cheerful escape then this ticks the box. Pool loungers could do with some tlc or replacing but we had our own patio that we sat on instead.

Had really great stay at this hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful Aissa made our breakfast every morning a really nice young chap nothing was any bother to him he was really helpful to everybody speaking several languages fluently he is a great asset to the hotel. The young lady at reception is a very nice person also very friendly and helpful with any questions or problems not that we had any problems. The cleaning staff were smashing really friendly and have a laugh with us. The place suited us just fine and we’re coming back already booked and looking forward to seeing you all again

best place to stay best bar man best reception aissa is a mint guy and neives on reception is a beautiful person rooms spotless perfect location 2 great pools one is walk in pool great for kids plenty of sunbeds great food in the pool bar cooked by mario lol aissa really brilliant place you will be lucky to get in here so if its available get in there asap...

I instantly regretted booking this accommodation due to reading reviews about break ins and safety. However we went ahead with it and was pleasantly surprised. From arrival reception staff were friendly and always went above and beyond. Cheap and delicious cocktails served by the barman at the snack bar. Pools were clean and plenty big enough for all guests to use. Didn’t struggle to find a sunbed most days. Our apartment was exactly as it looked in the photos. There is no air conditioning but having been to Lanzarote before we knew it would be breezy and cool at night. We only left the windows open at night and didn’t have any issues with intruders (as others have described) we always locked the windows when we left the complex. If you do this, you will not have any issues. Complex is supposed to lock gates at night and has passcodes for guests to access, however a lot of the time the gate was left open anyway. We were on the ground floor apartment. During our second day we noticed lots of ants in our kitchen. We informed the cleaner and she gave us an insect repellent straight away to keep in the apartment and didn’t encounter any more issues to that was good. Overall, we had a brilliant stay and would definitely return in future. Really good value for money.
