Just returned home from an amazing week staying at the Gloria Izaro Club Hotel, the room was great, we had a beautiful terrace with sunbeds, the room was lovely and clean. All staff at this hotel were welcoming from the start of the holiday to the end, nothing was too much trouble if we needed anything, the food was nice and plenty of choices. I would highly recommend this hotel. Please note that there are a few steps and a walk down the centre of the old town, so not good if you have walking difficulties.

From cleaning staff to front of house staff the staff hear made my holiday they would jump through hoops for you, couldn't fault them, rooms were great size and very clean as we stayed half board great selection of food for breakfast and evening meals pleanty of places to chill around the hotel and catch some sun Keep up the good work Best wishes and thanks

Had a perfect stay here. All areas were spotlessly clean, lovely pool area, good entertainment and friendly, helpful staff. Choice of bars, chillout areas & fabulous breakfast selection Special mention to Maria, Pedro & jessey Close to a good supermarket & downhill walk to the the harbour bit easier to get taxis to & from the strip. Reception were very good at booking them & always arrived quickly Cant wait to return

Lovely hotel fantastic breakfast plenty hot and cold choices fruit juice not fresh diluted not so nice,rooms cleaned every day except Wednesday bed change once in 10 day stay staff are great,the usual towels put on sun beds for hours before use don't think that will ever change.We we're in upper level with air conditioning unit on roof constant hum at all times will take earplugs next time comfy bed terrible pillows,20 min walk downhill to harbour,beach plenty of places to eat best place for us was The Vue restaurant 10min walk from hotel excellent food highly recommended.We would return to the Gloria again all staff in this hotel are very friendly and nothing to much bother when requesting anything very promising well done guys keep up the good work.

Went with family for Christmas. The hotel was very clean and staff were friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels replenished. We had breakfast included and it had a very good selection. The food by the pool bar was very tasty. There's also a small astroturf area and my kids really enjoyed playing for a few hours every day in it. The only negative was the pool was very cold but I suppose that's to be expected in January. Overall a very nice experience and I would definitely return again.

Great hotel accommodation perfect, breakfast ideal, already booked to return same time next year, and hoping that again we can get an apartment with sun terrace which was fabulous with amazing views! The whole hotel was spotlessly clean i cannot find any faults

Second time in PDC, so had to book Gloria again. Apartments are spacious, clean, comfortable, modern and bright. Fully equipped kitchenette, with little things like a miniature washing up kit, make for a very easy stay if you were going fully self catering. Cleaned almost every day if wanted. Also has a very wide range of breakfast options, rooftop pool, pool table, ping pong table, gym, laundrette, more than ample sunbeds and sun loungers, and is 5 minutes away from a supermarket, 10 minutes from old town square - and everything else isn't much further. The only one negative is the shower - the shower head needs updating and the mess the water causes is very inconvenient- but would still stay again.

Very nice hotel/apartment complex, 2nd time we have stayed. Can't complain about anything. General cleanliness is great, with apartment cleaned every day if you wanted. They were spacious and we were fortunate to be allocated an apartment at the rear of the complex with a large private terrace area with fabulous views out to sea. We were half board with an amazing choice of food. I must mention that the staff from reception, cleaning bar and restaurant were always helpful and polite. I should mention that the complex is at the top of a hill but regular bus services stop a few yards away and a taxi from Puerto del Carmen centre is only €3.50

Yet again The Izaro has scored 10/10. Reception staff more than helpful, nothing is ever a problem. Waiting on staff just brilliant , cleaning staff keep everywhere immaculate. This must have been over our tenth stay here, two weeks staying in what we feel is just one of the best places ever. Breakfast is excellent with lots to choose from, evening meal again brilliant a variety of lovely dishes. We stayed for two weeks this time and already planning our return. It’s the staff who make this place they are simply the best, we both love Gloria Izaro it’s more than fantastic. Liz Dumbell and Michael Fenn.
