We have been staying at las Rosas for many years and have always found it very relaxing, nothing is too much trouble. The below review in February is for somewhere completely different. I've no idea where but definitely not here .I have brought friends and family here and everyone loves it.

- It's extremely noisy - we had a busy road and a parking which was being renovated even on Sundays from one side of the apartment and a hotel restaurant with loud parties until midnight from the other side. Loud music around swimming pool during the day as well. Lots of noise day and night. - Insects in the apartment - as soon as we left any food or a dirty plate outside of the fridge it was covered by tiny ants. - They have parking advertised everywhere but in reality it's just a street parking which the hotel doesn't control. It was hard to park the car and the only help from the hotel was 'there is a street where you may find a space but it's a 10-min walk'. - No airconditioning in the sitting room, only a fan. If you're hot during the day, you need to stay in a bedroom. - Management was not interested at all in helping guests: we were told no to all our questions (help to park the car, help to change to a quieter apartment, if we could get a bed topper to cover the hole between 2 single mattresses, etc). No to everything we asked. - It's not a hotel in the first place, it's a timesharing resort.

Another amazing couple of weeks here in tenerife. Restaurant was closed for renovation and only opened under new management on my last night. Food was excellent, with 3 separate entertainment acts. Accommodation was excellent and new bathroom had been put in with a great walk in shower. Pool was as always great with kids only allowed to have blow up toys in at certain times. Great relaxing holiday.

Visited last week with 3 friends and had a wonderful week. The resort is quiet, with a well stocked shop and the most helpful and friendly staff you could ever wish for, especially Sarah on Reception. The pool is beautiful - spotlessly clean and a great temperature with plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. One of us was having trouble with her knee and the resort does have many steps and a few steep slopes but we were able to pay a little more and have a place up near reception which was perfect. It turns out that June is a great month to visit as the temperature was about 26-27 every day and there was a nice sea breeze most of the time so we were never over-hot. The resort currently has no bar or restaurant but that was never a problem as there is a great Lidl within a short walk and some great bars and restaurants within walking distance - or a short and cheap taxi journey if you don’t walk so well. A taxi from down by the port up to Las Rosas was about €3.65. All in all, if you’re thinking of going, maybe think twice if you have trouble with steps and slopes but otherwise don’t hesitate!

Very old appartments. And not very clean. Er had cockroach in out room. Loud music all night long from other hotels. The pool was okay. Not a place where I would come back to. Very central and near the beach

Bar- Restaurante, the food is whaterver, nothing special, but the service is very unprofessional. We popped in for a drink and after having it, the waitress told us that the only take card payment from 10€. I expressed my disappointment telling her that knowing that we are there for only a drink that's and information that should be given in advance and all she did was reminding me that there is a sign (which was actually facing the opposite side). Not coming back to this place anymore. The service in the Turísticos areas should improve though.

We enjoyed our stay at Las Rosas. We stayed in a 2 bedroom Villa which was very spacious and extremely comfortable. Villa was cleaned regularly with clean bedding and towels. We also organised a welcome pack which suited us as we arrived late. My daughter joined us on our second wk and we had a great family holiday. The pool was busy the 2nd wk in July and it was less busy on the 3rd wk. The pool bar staff were lovely and food was good, I enjoyed the Aperol Spritz. The Gavin drag show on the Friday was hilarious. Lastly, thank you to the Las Rosas Manager who was very accommodating and extremely helpful at all times. We will definitely return. x
