I stayed with my husband for two days when our flight home was cancelled. It was dirty, there was dirty clothing on the shared balcony. Thereas lots of rubbish inside After we got home I got unwell I ended up catching scabies. Avoid this place it's horrible. I am not one for complaining. But I would hate anyone else to get ill here

Nice place to stay, very central and cheap. You have everything you absolute need in one capsule. Had some trouble with mine, but it was fixed in the second I asked. Staff help if you need. Very safe to store your things here except for the fridge, but has nothing to do with the hostel. Also a bar and restaurant. Clean bathrooms.

+++ The staff is nice and helpful, and the location is great. Staying in the capsule is much better than staying in an average hostel as it gives more privacy and space. Capsules are easy to lock, and there are additional lockers available in the room. ---The kitchen is incredibly small for the amount of people staying in the hostel. The fridges don't have enough space for all the food. The bathrooms are dirty in the evenings and missing toilet paper.

If you are going to visit the best city in Tenerife you should definitely stay in this hostel. Very friendly staff and clean showers. Located in the city center!! Great experience overall *they organise some bar tours as well

Horrible. Mucho ruido fuera. Las cápsulas no estaban bien insonorizadas. Se oye todo y pasamos mucho agobio y calor. Ninguna intimidad. Las zonas comunes sucias. Ni siquiera el precio pagado justifica quedarse allí. No se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Sono stata qualche giorno all’ostello, ho trovato tutti molto disponibili e accoglienti. È stata veramente una bella esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente in futuro quando vorrò rilassarmi e staccare la mente.

Todo perfecto, el personal muy amable y el hostel muy limpio, muy bien ubicado en el centro de la ciudad cerca de la playa y de todo! Las cápsulas son cómodas y tienen hasta televisión. El hostel parece un hotel de lo grande y limpio que está. Recomendable!

A evitar si quieres dormir! La idea de cápsulas está bien, aunque son de plástico y se escucha todo fuera. No deberían hacer esto en este lugar, abajo hay un bar y arriba una terraza con mucha música y fiesta. La gente entraba borracha gritando a la habitación muchas veces durante la noche. Cerramos la puerta de la habitación y alguien llamó fuerte a la puerta porque tiene un código y no funciona, no se deben cerrar las puertas nunca, se oye todo. No vas a dormir
