Room is very spacious and clean. Gotten my room ready on time. My room is at the corner, it's very quiet which I like. Breakfast buffet is a big spread. Maybe can come up some dim sum if possible.

Ich war nur für eine Nacht geblieben. Leider muss die Reinigung dieses Hotels verbessert werden. Die meisten Artikel wurden berüstet. Bitte bekommen Sie ein paar neue Handtücher anstatt die alten Handtücher zu verwenden. Die Tür des Zimmers war super hart geöffnet und geschlossen, so dass die Wartungsbesatzung bitte reparieren. Sonst freundliche Front Desk. Eine weitere Sache schwer zu finden Parkplatz scheint es ein besetztes Gebiet.

Receptionist are polite and friendly, I actually booked a single room, but end up getting a quad room which surprised me a lot. The room was really spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent. Overall it was a good stay and I would repeat staying here if I ever need to stay in Puchong again.

Wir als Familie haben am Ende Februar hier geblieben. Es ist ein 2-Sterne-Hotel ohne Frühstück. Das Zimmer war nicht so groß für ein Familienzimmer. Es gab Handtücher, Shampoo und Seife. Sauberkeit war ok. Flaschenwasser wurde am ersten Tag nur angeboten. Es gab Kettle für die Herstellung von heißen Getränken, aber keine Tee- oder Kaffeetaschen gegeben. Fernsehprogramm war ohne einzelstaatliche Kanäle begrenzt. Es gab wenige Essen rund um. Der Parkplatz war kein Problem, da es viele vor dem Hotel gab, aber Sie müssen dafür bezahlen. Das Hotel verfügt nur über 2 Parkplätze für ihre Gäste.

Perfect for a getaway with kids, the room was spacious - should have the ground floor room as it's easier than climbing stairs. The pool was the best as the water level was at a grown ankle so its safe and the slides were not dangerously built, perfect play for the kids - the water tempt also not cool water👍🏻 as for the staff and breakfast not really friendly but am here for the stay and pool so yeah, not be bothered by that. Overall, its a pleasant stay and def coming back.

Great location, nice hotel even though it’s been there for many years. Well maintained, staffs are friendly. There are many restaurants in the area and chill out places as well. Just 5 mins ride to Puchong IOI mall. Definitely worth for money hotel

Kinda surprise seeing a Signature property in Puchong. I can say overall experience is fantastic. I am very particular on certain aspects and they nail it. I was greeted by Aina at about 3pm with my room key all ready (yes, a key but not a big deal). Standard Studio room on level 7 is as described and pictured. Huge, spacious, tidy, clean and everything is new. There is even a personalized welcome note with 2 candies. What a brilliant way of welcoming! Face, hand and bath towels ready with the normal complete amenities (toothbrush & paste is included). 2 air-conds, one in living and bed area. In house Astro tv. Car park is complimentary limited to only 1 vehicle to a room. Tap in with TnG card, debit or credit card (minimum amount is necessary for successful entry as RM3 will be pre-auth), validate prior exiting. There is a gym on level 8 but no pool. Hotel restaurant is just across the street serving all day menu. Many choices of eatieries within driving distance.
