This spacious remodeled home with an ADA friendly bathroom boasts a dining table that seats 12 and a chef's kitchen with two fridges. 3 living areas make it easy to be all together or have smaller conversations, and 2 of the 5 bedrooms are master suites. One master is attached to an ADA friendly bathroom designed to accommodate guests with mobility challenges. 4 full bathrooms total make it a breeze to get everyone ready in the mornings. A large covered patio in the back yard sits next to a 5 person hot tub. At the end of the street is a beautiful park with splash pad and mini- golf and Provo Canyon is right around the corner. BYU - 10 min, UVU - 11 min, Sundance - 13 min. Restaurants, groceries, and shopping only 5 minutes away. Long term tenants reside in a basement apartment that has its own entrance behind the garage and is separated from the main house by a lock that remains deadbolted at all times. Because our long term tenants park in the street, our neighbors have asked that guests stick to the garage and circular driveway, which is plenty of room for 5 cars. ** No parties or events allowed. **No pets $500 penalty ** No smoking, vaping, or illicit drugs on the property, inside or out. $500 penalty *House is equipped with security cameras on the exterior and garage.About pets:No pets allowed.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About customRules:$500 fine if caught smoking or vaping or bringing pets anywhere on property..No parking on the street and a maximum of five cars allowed per group. Perfect! This home checked all of the boxes! THREE washer and dryer sets! Beautiful. Clean. Lovely yard. Lots of little gathering spots. Comfortable beds. Attached garage was really nice. All the little things you need away from home…a steamer! We will choose again! Thank you!

Great reunion location My husband, myself and our adult children and spouses stayed here for a long weekend. Property was wonderful and hosts were very responsive when there was a need. Our only complaint was that due to the host’s request we did not turn the air conditioner as low as we may have wanted leaving the second floor bedrooms a little too warm.

Sundance skiing. Great house. Lovely place to stay for 7 people with private and communal areas. Immediate communication from owner. Will be coming back to stay in this wonderful house again! Amazing base for ski areas in Utah.

Amazing house The host was amazing to work with. Our family had a blast. It was our first time there and we loved the location of the house. The house was so close to the mountain and easy to get there. Definitely would recommend this house.
