Die Lage des Chalet ist traumhaft. Ein toller Blick auf die Berge und sehr sonnig. Allerdings liegt es direkt an einer befahrenen Straße wodurch der Blick leider etwas getrübt wird. Die Zimmer sind alle einzigartig und außergewöhnlich designed. Wir waren in 2 verschiedenen Zimmern. Leider fehlten hier paar kleine aber wichtige Dinge: Licht am Badspiegel, Halterung in der Dusche (man muss alles am Boden abstellen), kein Wasser auf del Zimmer (nur zum kaufen), ein kleiner Mülleimer im Bad für das ganze Zimmer, Heizung und Ventilatoren lassen sich nicht regeln (das Display ist nur show), mussten mehrmals zum Empfang weil die Zimmerkarte nicht ging. Der Spabereich ist super und bietet einiges an Abwechslung. Bei guter Auslastung des Hotels wird der Platz aber eng und man sitzt ziemlich aufeinander. Am Infinitypool herrscht laute Elektromusik wie in einer Disco. Ist mal ganz lustig aber es wird schnell zu viel. Der Blick ist aber wunderbar! Das Hotel ist hauptsächlich ein Spot für Instagram. Die Leute die da waren haben an jeder Ecke ein Fotoshoot oder Videodreh gemacht. Teilweise dawzischen ein neues Outfit angezogen. So was haben wir in der Form noch nie erlebt! Das Essen im Restaurant ist teuer aber ok. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man merkt aber, dass es ein sehr junges Team ist und der Service eher wie in einer Disco oder Burgerhouse. Wir saßen einmal eine Stunde in der Bar bis mal ein Mitarbeiter da war und der fragte uns auch nicht nach was zum trinken. Mussten es uns dann selber holen (andere nicht) und die cocktails waren naja. Es war insgesamt eine interessante Erfahrung und vom Design sehr beeindruckend aber der Preis ist deutlich zu hoch! 600-700€/Nacht OHNE Abendessen sind dafür deutlich zu hoch! Der Preis entstand wohl durch Instagram. Wem Geld keine Rolle spielt kann man es aber auf jeden Fall empfehlen

Wunderschönes mit Liebe zum Detail geführtes Hotel in den Bergen! Sensationelle Aussenpools und Tubs mit Live Musik jeden Abend ab ca 16 Uhr :) Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir möchten auf jedenfalls wieder einmal kommen.

Absolutely fabulous! The staff organized a wedding renewal for my wife and I during our stay there which, candidly, couldn't have been more romantic, personal nor professional. Everything about our stay, from the room to the meals, from the location to the service, to the renewal and everything that went with it couldn't have been more positive. I cannot say enough great things about Chalet Al Foss and its superlative staff and owners . . . they are simply fantastic.

For Business and pleasure, I selected this sensational resort. Manager Antonio greeted me warmly upon arrival and had my room ready upon arrival. Took time to show me the room and warm hospitality .Staff extremely helpful in recommending best areas to eat and go around. Enjoyed the friendliness of the staff. Chalet al Foss: What an excelent marketing can do! Nothing like I saw on their social channels, a unique location with exclusive experiences. High fives for their marketing team!👌 We payed for 2 nights, after the first night(even though once we were there we knew this would happen in the end)we left! The so called “exclusive” experiences are the worst I have ever encountered. Here are some “instagramable” romantic and exclusive views (I hope they ll be accepted and not taken out from this review)from when having a “private breakfast/lunch”experience( for which you pay extra, of course)/romantic weekend.😂🫣 LE:Unfortunately I wasn’t able to download the photos that were really worth sharing(I wonder why?) It s a 2/3 wanna be a 4/5 star accomodation with a 2 star staff(front office/managment) All their services are middle range as well as their location and attitude towards their customers who knows the differences between 3, 4, 5 star services. Noise during the day, the music played at maximum volume throughout the day, making it practically impossible to relax. Instead of enjoying(as much as the position could have offered due to their location), the peace of the nature, you either heard the music(and not even a relaxing one) that was at high volume or a truck passing by, or a car, because the location is exactly on the national road. To end this “bad joke” journey called “Chalet al foss” I ll give a 4 out of 5 for some(not to all) of their staff( from bar/restaurant).

The best mountain dream experience I had. Entire staff is exceptional and especially Giada in organizing my photoshoot with my photographer Luca. Samba was incredible and I thank him for his assistance with the beautiful alpacas for enjoyable photoshoot .
