CCindyTsangUnbeatable location, and the first attraction is just around the corner. 6mins to Flamenco Theatre, 10mins to Macadona, 10mins to Cathedral, 20mins walk/10mins drive to Estacion / Playa De Espanol.
Surrounded by tapas restaurants and bars, I would rather walk 6 minutes close to the cathedral to get more tasty food in those restaurants.
Lift in the 5-floor building with a public terrace at the top floor. My dad loves staying there, enjoying the sunset.
The apartment is newly refurbished in a modern way. Kitchenware and utensils are provided.
Because of our late check-in, the sofa is not set up with bedding.
This spacious apartment has no problem fitting four people; we two felt comfortable having our own space.
The Wi-Fi is fast, but there is no reception in the bedroom.
A long table has no problem being used for having meals and having all my studies put on the table.
A coffee maker and kettles were provided, and the lady gave us more cups for our 4-day stay.
The washing machine created loud noise, and the repairman fixed it the next day. We didnt complain about it, but there should be a hotel guy bringing the repairmen to come in. We felt a bit unsafe letting two men to come into our room.
All those things I mentioned could be easily improved in no big deal. We really enjoyed our stay there. We want to come back next year.

RR.A.UHotel, das ich aufgrund der guten Bewertungen gebucht habe, das aber nicht wirklich mit einer 4-Sterne-Bewertung aufwarten kann. In meinem Zimmer im ersten Stock war die Klimaanlage sehr laut. Es handelte sich um ein Dreibettzimmer zur Einzelnutzung, die Betten waren klein. Das Hotel war voll und ich habe wahrscheinlich kein gutes Zimmer bekommen.
Das Hotel ist gut gelegen, wenn Sie auf der Durchreise sind und sich in der Nähe der nördlichen Ringstraße befinden. Es ist sehr weit von der „schönen“ Gegend entfernt.
Das Zimmer war nicht ganz sauber und die Dusche hatte nur einen sehr geringen Wasserfluss.
Für eine Nacht ist es aber mehr als ausreichend, allerdings ist der Preis von 130 Euro für diese Art von Hotel übertrieben.

GGastnutzerDie Lage ist super gut. Der Bahnhof, das Schloss, die Kirche und der Park sind alle innerhalb von 10 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Fahrt mit dem Taxi zum Schloss kostet 5 Euro
Die Dekoration des gesamten Hotels ist sehr jugendlich und überall sind Sevilla-Orangen zu sehen, was die Leute glücklich macht. Das Bett im Zimmer ist auch sehr bequem. Europäische Betten sind weich, aber nicht dieses!
Auf der 4. Etage gibt es außerdem einen Swimmingpool und eine Bar, wo Sie abends den Sonnenuntergang beobachten und etwas trinken können
Abschließend muss ich hier noch das reichhaltige Frühstück loben! Es schmeckt auch großartig! Insgesamt sehr zufrieden! empfehlen! 👍🏻

Hhappiest_girlAvoid rooms from 420 and up! We got room 426, which is located directly under the breakfast hall. Starting at 4 a.m., we heard loud noises from unloading and serving, and later, as breakfast began, the scraping of chairs overhead. At 8 a.m., we went down to reception to ask if it was possible to move to another room. The hotel was almost full, but since we had a booking for just 2 nights, the receptionist found a possibility for us. However, we had to move out in the morning, leave our things at the reception, and get a new room only after 2 p.m. It was really inconvenient, as we paid for 2 nights and had to change our plans. However, at least we got a new room on the 2nd floor in another wing of the hotel building. Both rooms themselves were okay, but the new room was much better. So, my advice is to ask for a room number less than 420. The hotel location is perfect for strolling in the city center, as the El Corte Inglés shopping center is just across the square, and there's a discount supermarket, Aldi, next door to the hotel. Many bars and restaurants are on the nearby streets, so the location is really superb.

AAriauuaI recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and overall, I had a positive experience. One of the standout features was undoubtedly its fantastic location, which offered convenient access to the nearby metro station.
However, I must acknowledge some areas that fell short of expectations. While the room was comfortable, I did notice that cleanliness was not up to the standard I had hoped for. Additionally, the amenities provided were somewhat lacking, which was a bit disappointing.
Nevertheless, despite these minor drawbacks, the hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated their efforts to make my stay enjoyable. With some attention to detail in cleaning and enhancing amenities, this hotel has the potential to be an even more delightful destination for travelers.

GGastnutzerIt was cute, is a nice place, great location , the staff could be nicer, and at breakfast they had only few cakes, things that you can make a sandwich with, and coffee and juice, pretty much that was all, no eggs. Overall was a cool stay , I didn’t had more options except this place for my date and I paid like 66€ for 1 night, which I found it a bit expensive for a hostel.

sound and light proofing is very good, although nightly and daily intense forced ventilation from intra building aircon causes some light vibration that may be disturbing.
pricewise its only 70% of the prices in town center especially at weekend, which is a big plus for this hotel.
conveniently located between town and airport, 10min by bus both ways. No 28 and EA bus do stop there, ca 300m to walk. there is Lidl not war away and large carrefour about 1.3km away

Der einzige Nachteil war die Registrierung, die muss man selbst machen, das ist bei uns normal... aber mein Vorschlag ist, dass es ihr Leben erschweren kann, wenn ältere Erwachsene gehen, die nicht mit der Verwendung virtueller Registrierungen vertraut sind.

BBetulDie Lage ist zentrumsnah, aber die Zimmer waren für 3 Personen zu klein.
Ich war zweimal hier, das erste Mal war es für 2 Personen und die Einrichtungen waren ausreichend, was den Platz angeht.
Aber für 3 Personen ist es klein.
Die Sache ist, der Preis ist es wert.
Keine Rezeption nach 14-15 Uhr, Sie können sie bis Mitternacht erreichen, denken Sie daran.
