Good hotel for airport. Secure parking €5 per night. Arrived after 22.00 check in easy. Rooms easily accessed by elevator or stairs. Rooms a little dated but large and clean. Breakfast had good variety and great service. Downside WiFi not working and windows did not lock. Dangerous if young children staying also security risk as area has late night bars.

Wir haben das Hotel für ein Wochenende in Sevilla genutzt bevor es an den Strand nach Conil ging. Die Lage ist recht zentral, man kann das Zentrum von Sevilla gut mit dem Bus oder auch zu Fuß erreichen, wenn man sich gerne bewegt :-) Alles ist modern eingerichtet und wirklich sauber, das Wifi funktioniert gut und ist ausreichend schnell. Das Frühstück war continental aber auch mit einigen spanischen Köstlichkeiten gespickt. Unsere absolute Empfehlung sind die Churros, die immer wieder frisch nachgelegt werden. Überhaupt hatte die Dame ihren Frühstücksraum sehr gut Griff, das haben wir auch schon ganz anders erlebt. Sie war sehr aufmerksam und brachte uns zu den Churros ohne das wir fragen mussten eine Tasse der spanischen, dicken Schokolade und noch eine Portion gerade ganz frisch fertig gewordener Churros dazu... köstlich. Aber auch alle anderen Angestellten waren super freundlich und zuvorkommend auch zu unserem kleinen Chihuahua, den wir dabei hatten. Tiere sind hier also auch kein Problem. Vielen Dank für zwei sehr schöne und entspannte Tage.

The location and value of this hotel was notably better than many competitive properties in Sevilla. Perhaps the most impressive was the service at reception. The gentlemen on the front desk really were gentlemen and did everything to ensure a smooth check-in. It was all very professional and in a beautiful reception area that was light, bright, nicely decorated and comfortable. A 4* lobby for sure. They had managed to accommodate our wishes to be on or above the 3rd floor along with our friends' room close by. However, we did feel that the room was a little dated although large and comfortable. We actually were attending a photo shoot the next day so light was an issue for us and the room had only a small window and 'cold' LED bulbs in the light fittings - 'warm' LED lights would have been much cosier. For us, we really needed natural light and so requested that we move to another room. The hotel was full but the lovely reception staff accommodated us in a beautiful room from the next morning, where we were far more comfortable and able to prepare for our day. They pulled out all the stops to ensure the room was clean and ready from early morning. We were very grateful and on that basis, we will definitely stay here again as we travel to Sevilla a lot. Special thanks go to Dario, Alajambro and David - and I think at the last minute, I may have met another front desk gentleman but I didn't get his name! All - in all, a quiet, reserved, comfortable hotel in a super location. Thank you Pasaela Hotel - we will be back!

Good clean comfortable hotel. We went during peak hot season, the air-conditioning in the room was perfect. Breakfast is simple and nice. May be it was not very busy at this time, but they allowed to stay in the room 2 hours beyond the scheduled check-out time. Overall very happy experience in the hotel for 3 nights. Only a very small observation is the location of the hotel is around 5 km away from the Seville main historic centre.

Very good location. Close to the major sites. Difficult to find since it is in a set of alleyways. You cannot drive a car here, so if you have a vehicle, research parking first. The nearest underground lot at Jardine Murillo was full, so we found the San Bernardo Parking Lot, but it was a half-mile walk dragging luggage over cobblestones. This was not a deal-breaker; I mention it to be aware. The hotel was fine, the staff were rather cool and not too very friendly, but they were helpful enough. The room was fine and our room faced the alley with the outdoor restaurant, so we heard the noise until they closed, which was early enough. The rooftop terrace has a spectacular view of the cathedral and the Giralda tower, but the bar is not open. There is also no dinner at the hotel, but there are so many places nearby. The best thing is the location. It's pretty interesting staying in these medieval allies. The Real Alcazar palace is a must-see and you can spend all day there and still not see it all. The gardens are wonderful. The cathedral is huge and different from any that I have seen prior. And of course, you must walk up the 37 ramps of the Giralda tower. Take a stroll down to the river. Even the bull ring is nearby.

Ich habe mich zwei Nächte lang untergebracht, und ich muss sagen, ich habe mich sehr bequem, sowohl in Komfort als auch in Reinigung. Ich musste mich mit einem Unvorhergesehenen lösen, und das Rezeptionstüchtigen hat es sehr erfreut. Mein Erlebnis war sehr gut. In der Tat war das gesamte Personal, mit dem ich einverstanden war, sehr freundlich. Und die Gegend, die als relativ kleines Dorf ein paar Bars hat, wo man gut essen kann, wie zum Beispiel „Der Deckel“. Wenn ich zurückgekehrt wäre, würde ich mich ohne Zweifel im Hotel wieder unterhalten!
