Sehr schönes Haus, sehr freundliches Personal, das Hotel liegt direkt an den Stiegen zum Zentrum - ein sehenswerter unterirdischer Gang mit Rolltreppen durch Ausgrabungsstätten, Parkmöglichkeiten in der nahen öffentlichen Garage zum Sonderpreis, umfangreiches Frühstück trotz Covid, Badehaubenpflicht im Hallenbad ist nicht zeitgemäß! Moderne schöne Zimmer. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Das ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Ich bewerte fünf Sternen für die wunderschönen Leute, die dort arbeiten und das erstaunliche Frühstück, das mit unserer Buchung kam. Der Weinshop war auch nett. Eine Flasche gefangen und auf der Terrasse trinkte wir letzte Nacht dort. Zimmer braucht Verbesserung. Es könnte kühler gewesen sein (a/c), sicher. Er braucht ein Gemälde und einige Wartung/Aufmerksamkeit. Es war jedoch sauber und hatte eine schöne Firmenmatrix. Reinigungspersonal machte auch eine erstaunliche Arbeit. Wünsche, es war ein 4.5 auf der Größe, wie ich es hätte ausgewählt.

Angetroffen und entkommen bei Umbrien Jazz:gemäßes, aber gut gepflegtes Hotel, sehr kleines, aber sauberes und komfortabeles Einzelzimmer, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Das Hotel liegt im Gemeinde Ponte San Giovanni, 8 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Perugia entfernt. Ich konnte den Pool nicht probieren, aber ich bin ganz einfach zufrieden. Ps:Für die Woche Umbria Jazz wäre es nützlich, einen Shuttle-Service auch zu bezahlen (Sie haben einen Shuttle im Parkplatz). Das tun bereits andere Hotels und genügen 4/5 tägliche Rennen, um einen Top-Service zu geben.

Struttura molto bella a vedersi, evidentemente rinnovata da poco, con un occhio al design e gusto raffinato che vuole imitare gli hotel 4 stelle più di lusso. É evidente però che la gestione non sia casalinga, si percepisce un po' di freddezza e la mancanza del tocco personale. In generale manca la cura dei dettagli, tante piccole cose che fanno di un bel posto anche un posto piacevole dove soggiornare. Alcuni esempi su tutti, a colazione il giorno dopo ferragosto sono stati riproposti gli avanzi del giorno prima (il che può anche andare bene, ma il succo di frutta annacquato, le marmellate finite e le uova stracotte non si potevano vedere), i fiori finti sul tavolo, l'aperitivo servito senza un tovagliolo, la macchia di zanzara spiaccicata in camera, i fuochi d'artificio sotto le finestre delle camere, gli asciugamani cambiati ogni giorno anche se non utilizzati, la totale assenza di informazioni sui servizi dell'hotel o sulle località turistiche in zona. Menzione a parte per la piscina, da sogno come posizione e dimensioni, peccato sia tanto fredda da essere quasi inutilizzabile. La struttura ha sicuramente un grande potenziale, ma vedendola ci si aspetta un servizio da vero 4 stelle, che poi a tutti gli effetti manca. Migliorabile.
