The house is located along the state road 292, facing the sea, in Torre del Pozzo, a hamlet of Cuglieri, in the province of Oristano, to the west of Sardinia. It has a location that allows you to see the fantastic colors of the Sinis North Sea, that of Is Arenas, with 6 km of sandy sand and sandy backdrop, which is 150 meters walk from home. At the entrance we find a perimeter of walls that completely enclosure the house up to a meter high, there are two accesses, one from the main road and one from the back. Entering there is a Mediterranean scrub garden all around which gives a lot of privacy to the house, where there is an open-air hob where you can cook and eat under a large, cool veranda. Going up the stairs you access a seafront terrace that brings us into a large dining room with seating area, fireplace area and dining area with wooden awnings and wooden beams in the ceilings and wooden furniture with refined furnishings. From here there is access to three areas of the house, one is the independent cooking area with a 4-burner kitchen, fridge with freezer, washing machine and kitchen utensils. From the living room you can access two separate sleeping areas, the first one has two bedrooms, a single and a master bedroom with shared bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. The second has two other bedrooms, one single and one double, with another shared bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. All the main services are in the nearby town of S'archittu, famous for its natural arch and its lunar cliffs. Here we have small grocery stores, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacconists, ice cream parlors and craft shops. All other facilities are located 8 km away, including bank, post office, grocery stores, pastry shops, and typical shops. We are 20 km from all the most beautiful beaches in the west, such as S'anea Scoada with its cliffs overlooking the sea, Is Aruttas famous for the white quartz beach and San Giovanni di Sinis which opens to the protected marine area of Sinis peninsula of Mal di Ventre.
