Das ist kein Paket Urlaubsziel, aber wenn Sie traditionelle Sicily wollen und sind bereit, ein Auto zu mieten, wie wir es magisch gemacht. Das Frühstück war groß und frische Kaffee wurde jeden Tag für uns gemacht. Der Pool wurde gereinigt und die Fläche ohne Spott. Die Zimmer sind ein bisschen runtergelaufen und die Balkone sind zusammen nahe, aber die Atmosphäre der Entspannung und der Rusch ist reichlich. Es gibt einen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und das Zimmer ist täglich gereinigt. Wir haben aus früheren Bewertungen gelernt und eine Reisekette und Zubehör gebracht, so dass wir im Hotel nicht gegessen haben, obwohl dies eine Option war. Wir hatten fast den Platz für uns selbst. Es ist ein guter Spaziergang zu jedem Restaurant oder Shop, aber mit einem Auto war es einfach, zum Supermarkt für Zubehör zu kommen und die benachbarten Dörfer zu erkunden und zum Bahnhof zu kommen. Das Wasser ist Kristalle klar, aber rockig so Meer Schuhe brauchen. Es gab keine Schlamm, die wir gesehen haben. Überall schließt siesta, so dass es dich zwingt, sich zu entspannen. Personal war freundlich und wir haben mit wenig Italiener gekommen, obwohl ich die Grundlagen gelernt habe, bevor wir rauskommen. Meine Tipp - Mieten Sie ein Auto, bekommen Sie Lieferungen, aber genießen Sie den rustischen Charme dieses Ortes zu bieten.

Looking at the stats on Trip Advisor it would appear that 75% of nearly 2000 reviews score highly, this review is in line with those. I cannot abide negativity and its repercussions. Just spent a hugely relaxing and warm 2 weeks at Caesar Palace. It is an older hotel and it has the character and quirkiness to go with it, so much better than many modern hotels without soul. Our room was on 3rd floor overlooking pool, excellent,  aircon was not noisy, room was not drab, bed linen was fine. Room always cleaned to good standard and left smelling fresh. We found food to be very good, amazing variety of fish,  pasta and risotto dishes,carpaccio,sundried tomatoes, marinated olives, Arancini and many Sicilian vegetable dishes. In 2 weeks we never queued for food even when busy, which was normally at 8pm, we eat at 7pm. Always found something nice to eat. Staff were very attentive, wine in Restaurant was freely available and we have no complaints. As for comments about feeding at trough,  that says more about the users than the providers. To the Bar, where we were brilliantly served by, Katerina, Serafina,Paolo and Rafaelo  amazing range of top shelf world renowned Italian liqueurs, and others, plus Absolut,Gordon's,Bacardi,Ballantines. Bottled red and white wine which was available in local Supermarket at €5-6 a bottle, bit more expensive than vinegar and a better taste by far , Prosecco and of course Moretti beer. We had a great time working out different drinks, some of which were new to the staff. We made use of the Sun Deck on 3rd floor of main block, nice and private with amazing views of Etna. The courtesy transport to beach has set timings and signs showing those are in numerous locations around hotel, not too hard to find. I have never seen,or heard, any advice that says beach is only a few minutes walk, research!! Most surprising for me is reading and laughing at negative comments and their origins. Here is a tip when reading reviews, never read the negative stuff if it is well in the minority, because that is what it is ‘ Minority’ Overall a very positive stay, enjoyed at all times, would stay again without question.

The Good: #1. Incredible views if you have a balcony overlooking the Ocean #2. Close enough to Taormina by Car is only 15 minutes #3 Location is perfect for day trips to other towns like Savoca and other interesting towns. #4 easy access to the hotel from the main highway if you have a car The Bad: #1 Guest Rooms: Do not believe the photos published by Management, those are staged photos of a few renovated rooms to attract bookings. The real guest rooms are dated, antiquated, and in poor state of repair. Our room had missing baseboards, the floor of the bathroom was very uneven and missing tiles, the airconditing system was about 30 years old, the unit looked like a motel from the 1970s. The balcony sliding door could not be locked unless you shot down the shutters. Also , to access the room you need to go up multiple steps to get to your room, not senior friendly. #2 Rooms are badly equiped. The rooms do not even have a kettle to make coffee or Tea, there is no bucket for ice or an icemaker near the room, there are no glasses to drink water or wine ( THIS IS ITALY LAND OF WINE), the telefone to call in the front desk was dead, so in order to call in the front desk you have to use your cell phone ( for us that wa a long distance international call). One night I got trapped in the bathroom as the door got stuck and there was no way to call the from desk from the bathroom as there is no working telephone in the bathroom either. #3 Room service is terrible, they do not provide menus in the room, so you have to call the front desk. When you call ( from your cell phone) and you say you want to order room service they they hang up. When they do answer you to ask what do they have on the menu, instead of telling you what you have, they tell you they will email you the daily menu but they never do. You have to call multiple times to get someone to take your order. Also, times are limeted to a 2 hour window for Breakfast, 8-10, Lunch 12-2, and dinner 7-9. If you call 1 minut earlier or later they tell you it is impossible to order into the room. #4 Parking: they have limited parking spaces for a resort that is only accessible by car. Everynight you have to look for a place to park and have to ensure you park in a place someone else will not block your way out. Also the parking is far away from the bedroom and you have to go up steps to get to the room, the bedrooms are not very accessible from the parking areas. #5 The Attitude of the front desk was horrible. While we were there, there was a fire on a hill close to the hotel, The fire was visible from our balcony, so I called the receptionist to report the fire in case they were not aware of it, the answer I got was ”The fire is not in our property so we cannot report it” I politely said if theres is a change of wind that fire could burn the whole resort, you should call the fire department for the safety of your guest. Wir waren Anfang August auf Urlaub und stornierten Cefalu, da wir nicht gerne mit Höhlen von Menschen sein - Tusa wurde empfohlen und wir sind so froh, dass wir dieses Hotel gefunden haben. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Sie für ein Meerblick Zimmer extra zahlen, die es vollwertig sind. Das Frühstück ist auf der oberen Etage und auch extra zahlen wert. Und wir hatten das beste Abendessen in Tusa im Hotel. Für uns war es die perfekte Wahl. Das Zimmer ist groß, sauber, hat alles, was wir brauchen - das einzige, was nicht perfekt war, ist das Kühlschrank, das nicht kalt genug war. Ich kann nicht warten, bis ich zurückkehre!!

Top!!!Ich besuche Sizilien jedes Jahr seit über einem Jahrzehnt und habe in vielen verschiedenen Agriturismos übernachtet. Das ist bei weitem das Beste, das es je gab. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Nächte hier und waren insgesamt 14. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Urlaub wünschen können. Sie kümmerten sich auch um Zöliakiekranke und beschafften auch spezielle Produkte wie glutenfreie und andere schwer erhältliche Zutaten, da einer der Gäste eine starke Unverträglichkeit gegenüber Gluten, Kuhmilchprodukten und allen Produkten der Marke Knight hatte. Wir hatten geplant, zweimal zum Mittagessen zu bleiben, aber am Ende haben wir vier Mal dort gegessen. Das Essen war eines der besten, das wir in der gesamten Region hatten, was viel sagt, wenn man bedenkt, dass wir bei einem wirklich großartigen sizilianischen Restaurant waren Restaurants!!! Die Crew unter den wachsamen Augen von Antonio ist tadellos, Simone und alle anderen! Immer da, wenn Sie sie brauchen. Die Lage ist absolut atemberaubend ... Sobald wir an der Hauptrezeption ankamen, wurde ich sofort an die grünen Berge rund um die Insel Capri erinnert ... unglaubliche Lage! Ich kann wirklich nichts bemängeln. Sogar die Zimmer und ihre Konstruktion waren voller Charakter, sehr sauber und mit einer atemberaubenden Aussicht. Wir werden wiederkommen... da ich bezweifle, dass wir nächstes Jahr etwas Besseres finden werden. P.S. Wir haben kaum eine Buchung gefunden...4 Monate im Voraus, aber es ist verständlich.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Ein Dank an alles Servicekräfte, Reinigungsfeen und Kellner. Das Haus hat ein etwas klassisches Ambiente, aber dies ist nicht von Nachteil. Morgens gab es ein Frühstück in Buffetform. Das Essen am Abend wurde von den stets freundlichen Kellnern formvollendet serviert und war einfach erstklassig. Überhaupt waren die im Hotel Beschäftigten sehr freundlich. Ein super sauberer Pool, saubere Zimmer und eine tolle Gartenanlage rundeten das Ganze ab. Mit dem Bus (zu erreichen in 10 Minuten) waren selbst geplante Ausflüge kein Problem. Geführte Touren waren über den Reiseanbieter oder Hotelvermittlung möglich. Der Strand ist wie er ist - ein Kiesstrand.
