In ottima posizione, garage gratuito, pulizia eccellente, colazione da B.W, cioè di qualità; il personale è gentile e pronto a soddisfare le richieste. La camera è grande e ben arredata in stile classico, si gode un bel panorama delle colline marchigiane. Come tre stelle è molto buono. Occorre solo un po' di manutenzione (chiave che si guasta, doccia da revisionare) ma nulla di grave e tutto risolto immediatamente. Il rapporto qualità - prezzo è da 5 pallini, anche 6...

I have been coming to this hotel pre-pandemic for 6 years. It is Gem ! The owner is a renowed chef that has cooked for many celebrities including the king of jordan, the Prince of Monaco , Ronaldo , Vieri , etc.. The food is not only excellent but is surprisely affordable . In fact i was surprised to find out that it is cheaper than restaurants along the lungomare. The rooms are very nice and very confortable and very clean. The staff is the same as the one pre-pandemic and that tells me that they took care of their staff during those difficult times. A gem on the Marche!!!

Wir waren die erste Septemberwoche im Natural Village Resort und hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in einem der neuen Silver Chalets. Für uns als Paar war die Größe perfekt. Die Einrichtung ist neu und funktional, und es war alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten nur Übernachtung gebucht, für das Frühstück reichte die Ausstattung der Küche aus. Das Personal war super freundlich, alle unsere Anliegen wurden schnell und zu unserer Zufriedenheit bearbeitet. Das Essen im Take-away war sehr lecker. Die Barkeeperin mixte mir jeden Abend sehr abwechslungsreiche, alkoholfreie Cocktails, das habe ich sehr geschätzt! Auch die Live-Musik hat uns sehr gefallen. Der Strand ist weitläufig und sehr sauber, und das Meerwasser ist kristallklar - ein Traum! Da wir nur Übernachtung gebucht hatten, konnten wir unseren Urlaub ganz nach unseren Wünschen und unserem Rhythmus gestalten. Wir haben das Natural Village als Ausgangspunkt für unsere täglichen Ausflüge in die zauberhaften Städtchen der Marken genutzt. Im Umkreis von 10 bis 30 Autominuten liegen unzählige traumhafte Städte, eine malerischer als die andere, die absolut sehenswert sind! Auch wenn die Strände top sind, die Marken sind viel zu schön, um seine Zeit nur am Meer zu verbringen!

We booked 2 nights in Life Hotel, expecting a 4 star experience reflected in the cost - €150 per night including breakfast. It fell well below our expectations, worst of all being dinner in the restaurant on the night of our arrival. The real positive of our stay was the breakfast and the staff working at that time - they were wonderful. Our room was comfortable but lacked anything that could be considered 'deluxe' - apart from the fancy lighting system perhaps and a really good shower. The bed was comfortable. A large balcony in our room had 2 upright chairs and a coffee table with an ashtray - more relaxing furniture would have made it a place where you could chill out, watching the sea. There was no such zone to be found anywhere in the hotel. The lowest point was dinner - don't order the hummus as it's a tiny portion and not hummus at all but puree chickpeas with not even a hint of tahini. I ordered fish - branzino gratinato - it was terrible, could have been frozen but was definitely over-cooked. My husband had ravioli most of which was uneaten as it was like cardboard. The side of vegetables was also a sorry affair and went back almost untouched. All of which drew no comment from the waiter - service was perfunctory at best. When we complained to the reception staff they smiled and nodded, nothing more. And then on check out, I was informed that there was an extra charge for parking in the hotel garage - it was the first time I'd heard of the charge and in a hotel asking €150 per night I would have expected it to be included. The spa is also extra, by the way. So, if you're looking for 4-star standards look elsewhere. (we had a fabulous meal in hotel Bianchi Nicola on our second day).
