Als wir ihn 4 Sterne und einen so niedrigen Preis für diese Kategorie sahen, buchen wir uns mit Furcht vor, die Fehler beim Anreisen zum Hotel zu finden. Das Gegenteil. Die Aufmerksamkeit im perfekten Rezeption. Die perfekten Zimmer. Das unglaubliche Frühstück für diesen Preis; Eier, natürlicher Saft und eine außergewöhnliche Aufmerksamkeit von Alex. Ich kenne keine anderen Hotels in Lleida, aber mit diesem ist ein volles Geschmack.

si l'acceuil est en principe bien la distribution des chambres ne l'est pas pour autant on etait deux et on a recu une chambre de trois sous pretexte qu'il ne restait qu'une chambre on la prend resultat qu'il y avait pas de lumiere serait elle en supplement?71 euros pour une chambre de trois alors qu'on est deux c'est faire du marketing en cachette en fait il n'y avait pas d'electricite en principe ce n'est que lorsque il faisait noir qon l'utilisait resultat il fallait utiliser la lampe du telephone ,J'ai lhabitude de voyaget et c'est lz premiere fois que je rencontre ce type d'incident si vous n'avez pas reserver il n'est pas conseiller vous risquez d'avoir une surprise

I really liked this hotel. I liked our room, it had everything that we needed, including a really great bathroom. I thought the beds were comfortable, it was clean, and I have very few complaints. My husband on the other hand would complain about the lack of air conditioning. He found it got far too hot during the night, and he had a hard time sleeping. My only complaint, is that the pool was very, very cold, despite the hot weather. They would benefit from putting a solar blanket on the pool at night or some thing. Also, I found the bar and restaurant staff not rude exactly but not super great either. The Front desk staff were fabulous. They told us how to reach the hiking trails and gave us lots of great suggestions.

Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Straßenparkplatz ist kostenlos. Es gibt einen Supermarkt. Es gibt asiatisches Restaurant, das war schrecklich.

The location of the property is excellent and an easy 10 minute walk into Vielha with plenty of parking. It is an old fashioned property and the outside could be tidied up, it does look a little depressing but the style of the building doesn’t really help. Inside reception is airy and modern and check in was quick and easy. Lifts are available to all floors. The aesthetics elsewhere are very dated and are worn, for example the corridor carpets are threadbare in places. The bar area though is airy, light and comfortable, as was the dining room. These remained largely empty though and as such there is no ambience or atmosphere, but this isn’t the hotels fault if they are not used. Outside and terrace and pool was a nice addition as we had fantastic weather. The room was relatively small and quite dark (because of the style building) but it was perfectly adequate and we had a fairly comfortable three days. The bathroom was perfectly acceptable also and the shower was good, albeit make sure the shower curtain is in and fully across. The bathroom hairdryer was slightly melted which was a little concerning so I didn’t use this. The other improvement definitely needed was the towels as they were thin and rather frayed round the edges in places but the toiletries included were really good. The room cleanliness could have been slightly improved, only in that there were cobwebs in the bathroom and dust over the floor under the desk, but otherwise the housekeeping was fine. We had breakfast one day and I felt it very good value for 12€. The drinks in the bar were very reasonably priced and Mario was lovely! The staff we encountered were all friendly. There was a steamer iron available at reception but there is no kettle in the room which could be a big improvement and is a facility I would definitely expect to have available in a stated four star property. Overall, yes this property is dated and rough around the edges; I would not agree it reaches the four star standard however for the price we paid I didn’t feel it unreasonable and for our needs on this occasion it worked fine so providing you want just a pit stop and are getting out and about you’ll be fine but don’t expect luxurious surroundings or facilities. A reasonable budget accommodation is how I would summarise this hotel, but we had a perfectly pleasant stay.

QUIEN TE HA VISTO Y QUIEN TE VE, NASTASI !!! Hacía unos cinco años de nuestra última visita al hotel y el cambio (a peor) ha sido sorprendente (sí, también lamentable). Desde la llegada, nada ha ido bien. Primero en Recepción donde pretendían que hiciésemos el check-in a las 16:30 ”mas o menos”, cuando en su web indican las 15:30, que ya me parece exagerado y que, bajo mi opinión, indica una corta plantilla para dar mejor servicio. Ah!, y si te quejas de la espera, en Recepción te dicen, no sin cierta desidia, que ”yo no soy quien ha puesto esa hora en la web”, sin, ni tan solo, una ligera disculpa o cierta empatía. Os podéis bañar en su piscina, eso sí, no camines descalzo fuera del agua si no te quieres convertir en un ”pies *****s”, pues el suelo está esperando que llueva fuerte en Lleida para estar un poco limpio. Una lástima porque la zona de piscina, con un poco de cariño, podría ser (seguro que lo ha sido) un muy agradable espacio . Hemos ”disfrutado” de una Junior Suite que tiene mucho de Junior pero poco de Suite, y en la que nos dió la bienvenida un calzoncillo de (supongo) el anterior huésped, que nos esperaba en el ”mueble armario/colgador”. Si por la tarde/noche quieres tomar algo (ayer en Lleida estábamos a unos 30* a las nueve de la noche), el hotel no tiene bar o terraza donde hacerlo, así que la ”oferta” que te hace la señorita de Recepción es que ”a lo mejor en el Restaurante os quieren servir algo de beber, aunque no ceneis” o que ella te da la bebida y te sales con ella a tomarla ”donde quieras” o en una terraza oscura que hay sobre el restaurante... terraza que ha de ser súperagradable con su iluminación, su música y su camarero preparando un combinado, no solo un botellín o una lata (la oferta de Recepción). En resumen, nos hemos encontrado un hotel que ha vivido tiempos mejores y donde el SERVICIO que antes ofrecían ahora es muy justito. Al igual que un grupo de tres parejas que también buscaba ayer por la noche un espacio para sent**** a tomar algo y charlar, nosotros NO VOLVEREMOS. Nastasi, poseu-vos les piles!!! *Ah!!...no miréis debajo de las camas!😱 ** Y os adjunto una foto de los calzoncillos en cuestión y otra de la forma en que ”ganan” buenas recomendaciones.
