Salvapiano Holiday Ranch

I arrived late in the evening, with my 5 year old daughter, and we were taken to a horrible room. The toilet was for disabled people, and there was no explanation for why we were given this. Every time my daughter had to pee, due to the strange shape of the toilet seat, the pee would go all over the floor. I thought this was the same as all the toilets until I discovered the next day that my friends (who had paid exactly what I had paid) had normal toilets and much more pleasant rooms. I had already unpacked and went to reception to ask why this had happened. The receptionist said that it was because they didn’t know I was coming with a child…. This is despite the booking I made clearly stating there was a child and the manager herself personally taking us to the room and SEEING my child. The receptionist was defensive when I said this and offered me a room that was exactly the same but with a normal toilet. I asked for some kind of good will gesture for the inconvenience, and she called the manager to ask and this was refused. I spent a good hour repacking and then unpacking again in another room, paying more for an upgrade so that it wasn’t quite as unpleasant. The next day I saw the manager, and she didn’t have the courtesy to apologise or acknowledge the error. In fact, she was smug and rude. Her name is Barbara and because of her, I would never stay at this resort again, or recommend it to anyone else.

Awesome place, slightly off the beaten path. We spent 6 nights in an affordable, spacious suite with half board. Food was delicious. Property was well maintained. It was too cool to swim, but the pool looked very enticing. We were there to bike for several days and it was a great place to start each day. Lots of old towns to visit along with vineyards/wineries and olive oil places. Highly recommend Salvapiano.

Semplicemente eccellente. Ci si sente a casa, ma con servizio di assoluto livello. Personale disponibilissimo ed estremamente cortese, si viene coccolati in tutto e per tutto. Cucina? Divina!!! E in un resort che non fa della ristorazione il proprio business, non è per nulla scontato!

Très agréable séjour à Salvapiano Holiday Ranch. L’établissement est idéalement situé dans la plaine proche de Follonica et San Vincenzo, ainsi que des collines et de la mer. Je recommande vivement cet établissement pour les compétences et la gentillesse de toutes les personnes y travaillant ainsi que pour ses infrastructures, appartements, piscine, jardin, restaurant. La région est idéale pour la pratique du vélo (route, vtt, gravel).

Il Salvapiano è una struttura che tengo come riferimento quando voglio andare al mare in Toscana.Ottima location!Appartamenrti curati con tutto quello che serve mai un disguido in anni che lo frequanto.Adatto alle famiglie, ma ora che mia figlia è adulta io e mio marito ci andiamo lo stesso.Gli spazi sono talmente grandi che non c'è nessun disturbo .C'è proprio tutto! Il Salvapiano permette l'indipendenza dell'appartamento, ma se si vuole ha anche tutte le comodità dell'hotel, bar ristorante, colazione. Distanza strategica dal mare che si raggiunge in pochi minuti, e dai i borghi medioevali stupendi la sera.Da li si rgaggiungono altre mete della Toscana senza difficoltà

Appartamenti curati e confortevoli, Ristorante 🔝 colazione fantastica dove non manca nulla! ci ritornerò presto... Salvapiano ti resta nel cuore, ringrazio tutti per averci fatto passare una vacanza indimenticabile, peccato sia passata troppo velocemente. Michela
