Wir haben letzte Woche in diesem Hotel geblieben. Es ist in einer perfekten Lage für die Hauptstraßen und den Hafen usw. Auch der Bushaltestand war nur wenige Minuten über der Straße. Wir hatten ein Mietwagen und Parkplatz um das Hotel ist praktisch unmöglich, obwohl es einen Multi Story-Park gerade auf der Straße gab, Teil davon war für das Grand Hotel Gäste reserviert, aber wenn Sie Glück wären Sie dort parken könnten, Wahrscheinlich Mittags die beste Zeit, um zu kommen, wie später auf es immer Full auf dem Zeichen draußen. Es war auch sehr teuer, dort zu parken, vor allem wenn wir wie wir waren dort für 4 Nächte. Das Hotel empfahl, den Hügel zu parken, bevor wir in Portovenere in den Autopark dorthin kommen. Wir konnten die Fälle ausstoßen, zuerst auf gelben Linien außerhalb des Hotels, dann gefangen den Giro Bus zurück, der alle Quartiere von einer Stunde laufen. Wir haben am Ende unser Auto für 4 Tage verlassen und den Servicebus nach La Spezia gefangen, der so viel einfacher war und nur etwa 30 Minuten dorthin gelangen dauerte.

The hotel is situeted high above costal area in the quiet small village. The room was spacious - if you come for a long stay there is enough place to store several suitcases. Small balcony with a view. The hotel is clean like an ER. The lady at the reception desk warmly welcomed us and provided useful information about 5terre. The rooms are called by the names of the surrounding villages and not by numbers - very nice idea. You need to order your breakfast at the evening, but if you feel hungry - there is a ”refill”. Few minutes walking from the church there are two hiking roads: to Corniglia and Manarola. Take the path to Corniglia: breathtaking views to the sea and after 10 min you'll reach a boutique winery: take a glass of white wine (or bottle :-) ) and enjoy the sunset. The bus to/from Monarola operates until late evening (~ 23:30), +/- every 30 min with some changes in the schedule in the weekends. The bus stop is 50 m from the hotel

ALCUNI ASPETTI DA MIGLIORARE… MA OTTIMO RAPPORTO POSIZIONE / PREZZO!!! È successo che l’anno scorso per motivi di salute non avevamo potuto pensare alle vacanze per tempo, e in più avevo voluto provare a organizzare qualche giorno in Liguria (la nostra Regione) spendendo il meno possibile, utilizzando due cofanetti Smartbox acquistati mesi prima… Incredibilmente, pur avendo prenotato tardi (a fine Giugno, per fine Luglio!), ero riuscita a trovare una camera per due notti presso questa struttura di Sarzana, che compariva tra le possibilità offerte da uno dei cofanetti relativi ai Borghi più belli d’Italia (che consiglio). Ne leggerete di tutti i colori in altre recensioni su questo piccolo residence, ma io personalmente lo consiglio, perché con mio marito mi ci sono trovata tutto sommato bene (anche se siamo stati poco) e noi pensiamo che abbia come punti di forza la posizione (con parcheggio gratuito disponibile nella piazzetta pubblica, cosa che in Liguria in città è rara…), comodissima per andare a cena a piedi in centro, oltre che il prezzo (particolarmente conveniente con lo Smartbox preso con un codice sconto, ma anche con prenotazione diretta o su Booking sicuramente ne vale la pena). Per quanto mi riguarda ho trovato il titolare reperibile via mail nell’organizzare il viaggio, perché mi aveva risposto presto per comunicare al tour operator dei Borghi la disponibilità della stanza proprio per i giorni che cercavamo, mentre inizialmente mi aveva fatto dire che non c’era posto; quindi aveva risolto! Certo, appena arrivati però c’era un pó d’aria d’abbandono… Il titolare aveva fatto solo una toccata e fuga il secondo giorno… Le cameriere sconsolate si sono date da fare, chiamando ripetutamente il Sig. Filippo (un giovane che pare abbia ereditato la struttura da altri e sembra non averne molta cura…) chiedendogli di mandare qualcuno per fare alcune riparazioni urgenti, e dai e dai finalmente qualcosa si era mosso! Nella nostra camera matrimoniale al piano seminterrato (sono d’accordo con altri clienti che ne hanno scritto su TA, con un pó d’odore di chiuso e qualche rumore proveniente dagli impianti di un bagno del piano superiore, ma niente di grave), molto grande (una tripla in due!) silenziosa (ottime finestre!), con letto comodissimo e dove abbiamo dormito bene, lo split dell’aria condizionata (non indispensabile comunque, stanza esposta a Ovest e non caldissima pure d’estate) il giorno dopo funzionava bene impostato a 24 gradi (quando eravamo arrivati avevamo dovuto metterlo a 19), e una delle lampadine bruciate sopra l’armadio era stata sostituita. Quanto al portarotolo penzolante e all’anta della doccia mancante (perché rotta da tempo…) era il meno, le cameriere ci avevano dato un tappetino in più ma stavamo attenti a puntare verso il muro il getto dell’acqua. Hotel Argentina is the best! We had a beautiful room with a balcony overlooking Riomaggiore and view of the Gulf of Genoa. The lovely hostess made homemade breakfast bread which was delicious! I left my raincoat and hoodie in their lobby on the last day of our visit and the staff found my clothing and mailed back to me! I was impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the hotel staff and owners. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and strong shower in the renovated bathroom. We were glad that the nearby elevator near the church was working so the climb back and forth town was doable. The rates are reasonable and this hotel is in a great location for the money.

Ben tenuto, camere spaziose e con accesso sul giardino. La struttura è nuova e anche il bagno è spazioso con comoda doccia. All’arrivo vien chiesto se si preferisce la colazione dolce o salata e, senza pretendere troppo, si ha un buon servizio. Per noi è una tappa costante visto che passiamo di frequente da Santo Stefano. Posizione comoda in 10 minuti si è alla stazione, un giretto alle Cinque terre non guasta mai!

Auch in diesem Jahr in Terra di Liguria. Dasselbe Apartment wie im vergangenen Jahr, leider nur für eine Nacht zurück aus der Toskana. Ich bestätige die Qualität und Komfort der Wohnung, des Parkplatzes , erlebt den Pool, der von der Affe gerettet wird. Abendessen auf der Terrasse mit frischem Arietta. Klimaanlage inne, eine Manna mit heißem Sto. Ganz unschallfrei, die Straße ist da angegriffen, aber es fühlt sich absolut nichts. Qualität des Schlafes hervorragend. Preis sehr sehr bequem. Im nächsten Jahr!
