Blue Haven Resort- All Inclusive

I lovely all inclusive with great staff. Here staff really embraces and gets to know you. We loved our pool bartender Natalie and our back bartender Sly. Also Pedro was great around the beach area for service and drinks. Everyday Dio checked in on us to make sure everything was perfect. Jonathon seemed to be everywhere and was great in the regular bar and smoothie bar as well. Everyday there is entertainment coordinated by Cheekie and Tweetie who are both hilarious and make your stay very fun. Staff is stellar and I'm horrible with names so that says something. As far as the resort. It has everything you would need and more. Rooms were clean although could use updating. Centrally located for activities. You can snorkel right off the beach. Food was good and we definitely had our favorites items. Overall A+.

Great place to stay nice and clean!! The staff is amazing, attentive, and professional. The sister property (The Alexandra) was closed so we didn’t get a chance to experience the larger beach area and all of the restaurants. The only bad part are the mosquitoes and/or gnats that bite you relentlessly at night, so bring some bug spray!!! Big shout out to Wilson at the pool bar he’s amazing!!! Big shout out to Sly the bartender… his drinks were the bomb!!!

There are not enough words to explain how amazing the Blue Haven is! From the moment of check in the staff made sure we didn’t have to lift a finger. We were offered drinks as we checked in and immediately brought to our room where a bottle of wine and a welcome platter awaited us. Our balcony suite was clean and had a breathtaking view of the private beach and bay. The private beach makes you feel like you are on your own little corner of the world where you can lay out on beach chairs, in the water on some comfy floaties, or they have plenty of water sports to do- highly recommend the clear kayaks to see wild life. The food is unforgettable. The shrimp curry at Fire and Ice was delicious and the pizza at Salt was to die for. The best in my opinion was sitting poolside with some coconut shrimp and a piña colada made by Miss Nattalee- the world’s most incredible bartender! She makes drinking even more fun and made sure I never had an empty hand! Sitting poolside is already amazing- but what makes the Blue Haven’s pool even better is Ace, Tweedy, Smiley, Cheeky, and Shaq. There is a never dull moment with them hosting trivia’s, bingos, and plenty of drinking games! I cannot praise them enough- after the events of the day were over they stayed, taught us an addicting game of Ludo, and made us feel like part of the family. The Blue Haven is the only resort I will ever need to stay at when visiting Turks and Caicos. Thank you to everyone for making it special- a big thank you again to Nattalee, Cheeky, Tweedy, Ace, Shaq, and Smiley for making it even harder to leave!

My husband and I had a blast we were there celebrating both our birthdays. This all-inclusive resort was the best. The staff was so friendly and engaging in the activities with the guests. I would recommend this place to anyone. Will most definitely be back.

Lovely experience, so much to offer at the blue haven, even though we never get to experience the Alexandra fully we had the option of using the beach was amazing and we are planning on coming back to get the full experience. The service was above and beyond, tasty food, amazing room, infinity pool was amazing, we had fun through the mangroves kayaking with Kamar from watersports we saw so much turtles, small sharks, stingrays etc, CHEEKY joined us out there too very friendly and funny entertainer, lovely entertainment package, always something to do, ACE the entertainment manager was fun to be around we had so much fun doing the drinking games and other fun games. Thanks to Natalee who did an amazing job with our photo shoot by the beach she got some really good shots, great honeymoon experience. Harrison and Sly at the bar kept the cocktails flowing.

Fantastic stay, great atmosphere, super friendly staff, customer service was A class, my first encounter was with Vanessa very professional and welcoming, resort was small and that was great we made friends with other people, was slow so easy to get around just the perfect time to Travel, spacious and clean room, comfortable bed, make sure to hang out with the best staff on the resort, Cheeky was very entertaining and friendly, there was always something to do as a matter of fact the entire entertainment team did a great job, we also loved Natalie at the swim up bar, Daphne in the restaurant, Brandon, Kellie who made us some great smoothies, will be happy to recommend this resort to anyone, soo amazing.

First time traveling to Turk and Caicos and wanted to experience it as an all inclusive resort. This property is beautiful and is next to a marina. It has a private beach and the rooms are large and modern. Best drinks a ever had in an all inclusive resort. The staff was great and very friendly. Going in the low season made the experience great. Free shuttle offer to sister property was a plus.

The only resort you need to stay at in Turks for great service, beautiful water, and great memories. I have never felt at home on vacation before. Nattalie on day and evening shift at the fire and ice bar, Nat for photos, Pedro, Tweety, Smiley, Janet, Wilson, Harryson, Coco, Ace, Cheeky, Jonathan, Daphne, Gerald (with his awesome skills in making omelettes), Damian, Winchell, and Ve from fire and ice restaurant evening shift. Are just some of the beautiful souls that my family and I had the pleasure of meeting. There was not a day spent here that fell short. I had the pleasure of going in September which is their off season. Not too many people and more intimate scene to really get to know workers and other people in the resort. It was such a beautiful atmosphere and vibes. Definitely a paradise destination. Food Alexandra resort was closed so not too many restaurants on this resort, but the food was delicious! There was not one meal I didn’t enjoy. They also have some vegetarian options. The pizza and conch fritters in the Salt grill was definitely a favorite for me. Beach The beach on the resort is smaller. It is next to the beautiful marina where you can see the sea turtle just about every day. The resort offers a free shuttle to the Alexandra resort to Grace bay beach. This is where you get to really see and experience the gorgeous beach. We were still able to order food or preorder food to be brought from the fire and ice bar to the beach in Alexandra.

Our stay at the Blue Haven was the perfect quiet getaway I needed. Since we came during the slow season, Vanessa quickly helped accommodate a room upgrade upon arrival and helped me pull of an in room surprise for my fried. She went above and beyond and even reached out after we left the resort to make sure we made our travels home safely! Janet and Pedro made sure we were taken care of during breakfast and lunch, always greeting us with the biggest genuine smiles. They both stayed very attentive and made sure our mimosas stayed flowing and our meals were to our satisfaction. Don't miss out on the avocado toast. Smiley and his team kept the fun and energy levels up with pool time games and entertainment. Smiley memorized everyone's names and made you feel included at all times. Natalee made sure our pool side drinks were made to order and just the way you like them. Served with a smile and again, refills sent our way or already in process of being made before we had a chance to ask. Damian made sure we didn't have to lift a finger or grab for our luggage or bags from the moment we stepped out of our shuttle. He greeted us daily with a bright smile and took care of any room service we had so quickly. The rooms were very spacious and clean (full sized washer and dryer), the views were amazing. The grounds were kept clean at all times. I got a facial at the spa that was amazing and my friend had a massage that she still talks about till this day. The market next door had great coffee and lattes. As we left the resort everyone we had interactions with made sure to give us a hug and wish us safe travels home....not a good bye....more so a "see you later!!" I will be back for sure as there was still so much more to see and left to do. The Thursday Fish Fry is a MUST GO!! See you soon!!
