Very nice hotel in the Providencia district, good connection to the metro, absolutely helpful staff and good breakfast. We were a group which arrived and left on different days. We stayed for one night ...between flights. From the south to the north in this hotel and could deposit luggage, everything worked out wonderfully. I can totally recommend it

Wir liebten hier zu bleiben. Das Personal war wirklich freundlich und sprach gut Englisch. Sie gab uns einige gute Empfehlungen, wohin in Santiago zu gehen, während wir am Tag da waren. Der Flughafen-Shuttle-Service war auch sehr bequem. Es ist auch schön und nahe am Flughafen! Seien Sie einfach sicher, dass Sie einige Pesos haben, bevor Sie dort hingehen, denn sie akzeptieren keine Schuldkarten. Sie akzeptieren US-Dollar und Kreditkarte jedoch. Aber ja, wirklich geliebt dieses Hotel!!

The place is amazing to look at, modern arty styles, lighting, graphics, attention to detail. Complimentary bottles of water in the fridge. fully functional kitchen, iron, hairdryer, big TV, toiletries, table and chairs in the studio standard room. My room had a Balcony but onlly with a view of the office building opposite, and partially of the street to the left. Nice rooftop pool, cold water but nice and refreshing in summer, and the view is INCREDIBLE! Views of the Andes mountains and city buildings. Area is close to everything, walkable to most places including some hiking trails, and only 4-5 euros/dollars Uber to the city centre. Staff were young, friendly, helpful and spoke good English. They gave me a map with information on where to go. Buffet beakfast was really nice with fresh juices, fresh fruit and a selection of other foods. Breakfast was in the adjoining Portuguese restaurant which has some great food and not too expensive either. The lifts and toilets were beautifully scented, and smelt great! The hotel price is very affordable and very reasonable for what you get, the location, the pool etc. The catering staff in the restaurant were all very professional and helpful. Disliked · You need a credit card to hold the room and as a deposit and my debit cards and even a credit card were all declined which left me panicking when I got an email saying that the reservation would be cancelled. I emailed lots of times but got no reply until the last minute where I was told that they would hold the room for me. I drew out cash on arrival to use as a deposit and had it returned when I checked out. Unfortunately, there are no recycling facilities at the hotel, but when I asked at reception they offered to take my recycling for me. The AC machines are quite noisy so I ended up not using it, but only the fan. There is no balcony furniture at all and you're not allowed to take any to use from inside. The scrambled egg was a little undercooked for me but when I asked, they'd always cook it a bit more for me. If you need assistance from the rooftop pool area on level 12, there's no telephone to contact reception. Despite all this I'd still highly recommend this hotel 100%!

Das Hotel war gemütlich und hat eine nette Dekoration. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte alle erforderlichen Einrichtungen. Ich liebe das Bett absolut! Es war super komfortabel. Die Lage ist ein Wohngebiet, wir schätzten, weil wir keine Stadtlärm wollten. Die Gäste nahmen das Frühstück ins Zimmer, es war vielfältig und wir mögen es. Das Personal war freundlich und hielte uns bei einigen Fragen. Denken Sie daran, dass es nicht viele Restaurants, Bars und so nahe, aber die Gegend ist schön zu gehen für einen Spaziergang. Insgesamt, eine gute Erfahrung.

Professioneller und freundlicher Service in einem relativ sicheren Bezirk in Santiago. Wir haben am Anfang und am Ende unserer Reise nach der Region Patagonia verblieben. Das Hotel ist ein typischer großer Doubletree mit schönen Standardzimmern. Komfortable Betten und gute Duschen und WiFi. Ganz besetzt mit Geschäftsreisen und Menschen von und nach Kreuzfahrten so allerlei Kunden. Personal sehr hilfreich und gut Englisch gesprochen. Wir essen im Restaurant und im Kaffeegeschäft und beide waren ziemlich gut. Genug zu sagen, wir waren froh, beim Doubletree bei unserer Rückkehr nach Santiago nach unserem ersten Aufenthalt ins Hotel zu buchen. Nice central location with Santa Lucia just over the road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy access to things like the Hop on Hop off bus stop for Santa Lucia if you’re planning to do that. I had a room on the 14th floor that looked like it needed a deep clean. The windows were streaked with hand prints, the bathroom had chunks dented out of the walls and one of the floor boards was missing part of a panel - it actually slid backwards and forwards when you walked on it. Not sure when the last time anyone from Accor Hotels inspected the property. Pool not open at this time of year. No day spa. Breakfast buffet was the same thing every day and the only hot options were runny scrambled eggs or sliced cooked sausage. Cold selection was nice though with lovely sliced fruits and a good bread and pastry selection. Convenience store located right next door if you needed to pop out for any items. The area is frequented by beggars and street merchants. I was advised by hotel staff not to walk alone and to carry my bag across my front. Probably not the safest area for solo female travellers to wander around.

Ich empfehle den Menschen, die aus Gründen der Arbeit reisen und andere gehen zu diesem Apart Hotel Amistar, das in der Mitte von Santiago, in seinem historischen Hügel, neben dem Cerro Huelen oder Santa Lucia sehr gut gelegen ist. Ausgezeichnete Aufmerksamkeit, sehr gute Reinigung und Hygiene in diesen Zeiten von Covid-19. Mit guter Arbeitskräfte und ausgezeichneten An- und Abreisekoordinationen aus Santiago de Chile, von Qualität und tiotalmenet empfohlen Hotel.
