Abba Presidente Suites Santiago

This is a nice hotel in a great neighbourhood for sightseeing and restaurants. The pool was small but we made good use of it to cool down after the Santiago heat. I mentioned that it was my wife's birthday and Daniela at the front desk surprised us by sending up a birthday cake!

Stayed 3 nights. Good location with restaurants and shops nearby. Rooms clean and well maintained. Breakfast was average plus rather than good. Limited other facilities and felt more focused on business than tourists. Only real complaint was attitude of staff on reception who really made no effort to provide information when asked. Restaurant staff were much better.

We always stay here when we are in Santiago with our baby, which is once every few months. The location is ideal, with good places to eat and shop nearby. The staff are super friendly. An excellent breakfast and good restaurant. Very comfortable beds. Convenient parking in the building. Excellent value for money. We will be returning next time for sure. Gracias!

We were in Santiago to meet new relatives who live there. For us, the location of the abba Presidential suites was perfect. We speak little Spanish but their front desk staff is bilingual so there was no problem for us. We were easily accommodated with early check-in for a dollars more, but that included their breakfast buffet which was perfect after the flights in from California. We went to the buffet a few times during our ten days there. They also serve dinner. The room was large, sunny, and very clean. The housekeeping was available daily if we wanted it, and very flexible with timing. The room has a safe, a kitchenette and plenty of sitting area to see friends and relatives, watch TV etc. While they provide an insta pot to boil water, there was no coffee or tea, sugar etc. we could have used a dishtowel and garbage can liners for wet trash. We know for next time. We will definitely be returning.

We arrived at the Abba Presidente on 7 January after cruising South America. Even though our travel agent had inadvertently scheduled us for January 7, 2025, Daniella welcomed us into the hotel, and gave us a room until we sorted the reservations out. The location is ideal just a few hundred metres down the avenue is a large mall. The Costanera Center. This enormous centre has every store. You can possibly imagine over multi levels in addition, a huge food court, which includes dine in restaurants, such as Chile, Tony, Roma, and many others. In the short walk from the hotel to the mall, you will encounter Street vendors with many local, artisan, crafts, clothes, etc. approximately 5 km from the hotel, and the uptown area will get you into the downtown anne Moore historic area where many tours are available to show you around and explain the history of this magnificent city. Taxis, Ubers are available, but we chose to walk and it was an easy walk, uncomfortable, and safe sidewalks to the city centre. In the morning, you can wake up from seven till 10 to very good buffet, breakfast with eggs, sausage, toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal, and more. I did find the coffee, a bit strong, but that’s my personal taste. The English spoken to me by the staff was excellent and for this I was very grateful as my Spanish is very bad. It didn’t take long to straighten out my reservation and the manager assured me that all was good. the room we had was more than adequate very spacious with a small sitting area a nice bathroom, a large and comfortable bed, good air conditioning and excellent Wi-Fi. I could not have asked for more .The front desk staff organized my taxi to the airport on my departure date without trouble I would definitely stay in this hotel again if and when I return to Chile.!!!

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, el hotel confortable, muy seguro, excelente el servicio de aseo y cambio de toallas, silencioso, el desayuno súper completo, Alexander siempre atento a todos los detalles. Destacamos la atención y el trato del personal de la recepción, amable y cordial, dispuestos a brindar lo mejor a sus huéspedes!!!! Excelente ubicación, cerca del Costanera Center y Sky, y a dos cuadras del metro Tobalaba. Zona muy acogedora. Sin duda, volveríamos a este hotel!!!
