Beste Hotels mit Parkplatz in Prior Velho

Me and my partner booked the hotel for 6 nights. I had to lengthen our stay which was no problem with the hotel staff and they were very helpful and kind. Our room didn’t have the greatest view as it was directly across a Toyota dealership however we weren’t overly bothered about it. The room was very clean and so was the toilet, they provide a small fridge and a cupboard with a safe to place belongings. Our bed was very comfortable and served us well. They also offered free drinks downstairs in the hot drinks machines. They offended parking for cars and optional room cleaning service daily. The hotel is roughly 5 minutes driving away from the airport. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel ! The only problem we encountered which is the reason for 4 stars is that our toilet shower had an annoying problem with the temperature, it would go from warm to really cold and then proceed to really hot. Apart from that we had a great stay and we would recommend the hotel!

Wir waren hier speziell für einen Morgenflug und einen Shuttleservice zum Flughafen. Das Hotel war komfortabel und das Frühstück bietet so viel Essen und eine große Vielfalt. Aber wir waren sehr dankbar für den erstaunlichen Shuttleservice und freundlichen Fahrer. Ja, wir zahlen eine kleine Gebühr (viel weniger als ein Taxi), aber wir wurden in einem luxuriösen Wagen, das SPOTLESS und super komfortable war, aufgeholt. Der Fahrer war nur der netteste Kerl (Raul), mit dem wir auf der Kurzstrecke zum Flughafen leicht gesprochen haben! Wir waren so dankbar für den schönen Service, den er angeboten hat! Vielen Dank für die positive Erfahrung, um unsere Reise zu beenden!

Schön und nahe am Flughafen, eine spät einchecken, die Mitarbeiter waren wunderschön, sie kam sogar in mein Zimmer, um mir mit der Wendung zu helfen, der Handgelenk wurde gebrochen, so dass es nicht richtig schließen würde. Wäscherei, Sitz war los ... Nettes Zimmer, aber ein bisschen Straßenlärm mit offenem Fenster. Das Frühstück war großartig und bei € 9.50 sehr vernünftig, gute Auswahl und sogar eine frische orange Squeeze-Maschine. Wenn Sie einen frühen Morgenflug haben, ernsthaft betrachten Sie diesen Ort. Kein Stress über 10am-Checkout 👍

1 star to bring attention to the fact that the shuttle driver was 15 min late (earliest and first pick up of the morning, this is NOT a airport hotel despite its name) just enough to cause my mother to miss her flight from Lisbon to Zurich. I scheduled the shuttle pick up the previous afternoon after receiving assurance from the front desk that a 4 am pick for a 5:55 departure from Lisbon to Zurich would be adequate time to catch the flight (the airport is 2.4km away or 4 min drive ). Advertised to provide an “exceptional experience”, I relied on the recommendations of the front desk to schedule the shuttle pick up time, and I trusted the shuttle driver to arrive on time. When he didn’t, I became highly agitated as was the other guest waiting for the shuttle. I selected this hotel solely for its proximity to the airport and for their shuttle service, specifically to avoid disasters like a missed flight. They did not meet expectations and it cost us significantly. While the facilities were new, modern and functioning properly, and I would have rated the hotel five stars, minus 4 because the price to reissue a new boarding ticket was over 4x the price it cost for a night’s accommodation at the Ibis. I write this to inform other travelers and notify management for improvement.
