"Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Plamena Palace. Das Hotel befindet sich in einer tollen Lage auf Oasis Street, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Strand und dem Zentrum von Primorsko. Alles läuft reibungslos. Die Zimmer waren sauber und komfortabel, das Essen war lecker, und der Poolbereich war perfekt für Entspannung. Ich würde besonders gerne das Personal und Service loben. Die Atmosphäre im Hotel war ruhig und angenehm, so dass es leicht zu entspannen war. Am Abend war der Lärmspiegel niedrig, so dass wir ohne Störung schlafen konnten. Die einzige kleine Absturz-Anbindung an einen andernfalls hervorragenden Aufenthalt war die schwache Wi-Fi-Verbindung, die verbessert werden könnte. Trotz dieser kleinen Details, ich gebe es eine voll 5/5 Sterne und würde definitiv empfehlen, hier zu bleiben."

"Leider lässt die Hygiene des Hotels zu wünschen übrig. Viele Wasserschäden im Zimmer und schwarzen Schimmel. Duscharmaturen sind in beiden Badezimmern defekt und nach dem Duschen hat man einen Privatpool im Zimmer. Kann man mögen, muss man aber nicht. Gereinigt wird auch schon mal, also manchmal. Schade eigentlich, da das Hotel schön liegt und auch das Essen okay ist."

We had fun like crazy! we really enjoyed this club, its delicious cocktails, a very varied and very good cuisine, the kindness of all the hotel staff, the good weather, a room that was a little dated but very comfortable and quiet, the price and quality of the excursions were good, the hotel should be updated a little but this did not affect the quality of our stay, the spa and massages are good and inexpensive, I recommend can't wait for this club and this country Bulgaria"

"Reception staff does not speak english. It was a problem as they gave us wrong accommodation. We had two separate apartments. Both apartments should have a bedroom and a living room with kitchen. We have been given just a room. No apartment. Just classic double bed hotel room. We did try to explain to reception staff what we paid for. Fortunately, probably a lady manager, appeared from nowhere and she explained to reception staff what type of accommodation we booked. Well, she did not even look at us, no greeting, no apologies. But, eventually we had apartments we booked. So, issue sorted. Apartments were ok, old dated, but we had a beautiful sea view from our terrace. The second apartment where my boyfriend and his mom stayed, was not so great. But, not bad. I will post some pictures here for you to see the views, terrace and the cons. Food - breakfast was cold, cold bacon, cold eggs, cold scrambled eggs, cold, cold. Hotel is very near to the beach but if you like a city holiday feeling don't stay there as this hotel is far from the promenade and Primorsko city. You can still reach it by walk if you want but there is nothing to see near to this hotel. I want to say, the location was not a problem for us as we wanted something like this, very close to the beach. Let me tell you my experience - hotel staff, overall is very unprofessional, bored, rude. If you ask for something, smile on, you will get bored look, with expression " Why you bother me, what do you want". We will not return in to this hotel, as for that money you can get much better, believe me. Anyway, we had a great holiday as we made it great and we did enjoy every single day. I wish the same to you."
