Quite old but it was spacious enough to stay.
However, the noisy was so bad. People were screaming and singing, talking. I even ran out of the room due to hearing a woman screaming so bad. If I was not too tired, I would've stayed up all night. Maybe because it was a Friday night. If you don't mind noise while you sleep, it's ok to stay with many people.

Excellent value for money, rooms extreamly clean, neat and comfortable, no aircons but after we requested a fan reception brought us one for each room.

Had to search for receptionist every time we needed her. She delegated her job to the security guards. The fridge had food from previous guest. Guest noise was not controlled even after we asked the receptionist to do so. Security guards were more helpful than receptionist.

I give it 4,5. Beautiful and clean place with comfortable furniture. Wonderfully furnished. Have stayed there on several occasions cause I enjoy the quiet, comfort and location. Away from city centre commotion. Close to UP, Menlyn and Brooklyn.

This is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. It has EVERYTHING a home has. Everything. I will always book this hotel for my family. We got a 3-bedroom apartment for my family of 5 and we loved it.The staff is so helpful and friendly.

Very well located. Easy to locate. Facilities are good. Been there for 5 times and will be back. Always with my family and they love it. Area is busy at nights also, fun is steps away. Essential shops are close. Tv in the main room for couple convenience and in the living bedroom as well. Each bedroom has its own WC. Washing machine and full equiped kitchen. Is easy to be happy here.

3 weeks of staying at the Next To Apartment while I'm in transit, has been the best decision ever. My daughter and I felt safe and we were taken care of. The staff oh my goodness, kind, professional. The reception ladies, Katlego, Thato and those I may not have mentioned were stars, the security gourds both male and female were the best, very very helpful, and not forgetting the housekeeping ladies, Dear Next To Apartment Hotel, you have the best House Keeping Staff Ever. In all my years of travelling, never have I ever seen a room/unit so neatly prepared and fast too, proper stuff I tell you. We thank you all:)

the apartment was clean and beautiful but i am not sure if it was because of the long weekend but we did not sleep a wink there was so much noise security came twice but nothing changed, i will not be coming back anytime soon.

Noisy place, did not get sleep whole night. People had party on my floor and bar next door as well. do not stay here on weekends as road outside busy and noisy. Could not believe that they allowed party to continue in premises till close to 5 pm in morning. guest were drunk and noisy with no consideration of other guest.
