Ich habe mit meiner 4-jährigen Tochter reist. Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien, vor allem mit Kindern. Es gibt viele Kinderaktivitäten wie Freizeit, Park und Kinderpool. Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel und geräumig und die All inclusive Ernährung ist ausgezeichnet, mit einem Horn Kinder und vielfältigen Optionen für Erwachsene. Das Komplex ist im Sand mit Sonnenschutz und Stühlen, auf einem praktisch speziellen Strand, sehr ruhig und mit transparentem und heißem Wasser. Es ist nahe dem Projekt Tamar, das den Besuch wert ist. Wie ich in der Schildkröten-Schleppzeit war, haben die Kinder ihre Söhne freigelassen. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis! Ich hatte kein Problem im Aufenthalt.

Excelente hotel. Ótimo atendimento, boa estrutura para crianças. Área kids com brinquedos, possui copa com micro, banheira e cadeira de papa. Restaurante terceirizado com ótimas opções no cardápio tanto de bebidas quanto comidas. Café da manhã dos deuses. Piscina sempre limpa em um lindo jardim. Tem alguns gatos, mas faz parte da região ...tem muitos gatos de rua, não é um problema pontual do hotel. Disponibilizam toalha para praia. Top!

Excelente hotel,ótima localização, ótimo café da manhã e limpeza,todos os funcionários(as) super prestativos e atenciosos,tive um problema de cancelamento de voo pela azul e as atendentes da recepção prontamente ajudou a solucionar o problema ,comida do restaurante do hotel é saborosa e farta, frigobar com água e refrigerante como cortesia além de alguns salgadinhos tbm. Espaço da piscina é muito bom,excelente para relaxar depois da praia. Algumas ruas do centrinho da vila ainda está passando por obras para melhorias está um pouco bagunçado,em frente do hotel inclusive também, porém quando acabar vai ficar muito bonito. Enfim adoramos nossa estadia e já estamos com saudades do lugar!

We spent a very enjoyable week at this sprawling beautiful resort. Rafael took very care of us throughout our stay. Our room was spacious, quiet and comfortable, and housekeeping staff kept our room in good shape. We enjoyed the Star Prestige Clubhouse, pool and bar. There was a separate private beach area and bar for Star Prestige guests. The resort had quite a few pools around the property. All of the restaurants had excellent food, including the buffet. We especially loved the Italian, French and Bahian restaurants. We were disappointed with the red wine, but the cocktails were excellent, especially the caipirinhas! We want to make special mention of Luana - who took on as a mission ensuring that my husband's shrimp allergy did not preclude him from enjoying the restaurant offerings. She ensured that all of the kitchen staff were made aware of the need to supply separate serving utensils, she arranged for some of his dinners to be prepared in advance in a separate kitchen, she visited our table each night at dinnertime to ensure that his needs were being met. She was truly amazing. I hope she is recognized by the hotel for her Herculean efforts! For our anniversary we were treated to chocolates and champagne in our room, which was decorated in wall to wall rose petals. The staff prepared a bath with scented salts, also decorated with rose. And swans and hearts towels were arranged on our bed. We loved the spacious spa. The massage staff were skilled. Each day we were asked how much pressure we preferred and we were given a choice of scented massage oild. We enjoyed the variety of small pools and jacuzzis and the refreshing drinks. While several Star Prestige staff members spoke English, most of the hotel staff did not. Fortunately I speak some Spanish and that helped, but the hotel should consider restarting the English lessons that were halted during the pandemic if it wants to attract North Americans. Also, it was very, very hot when we were there, and the metal handrails leading to the pool were just short of burning. The hotel should consider installing rubber coverings. All in all, a memorable stay in Brazil!

Das Personal der Rezeption, insbesondere Carlos, war großartig, und die Mädchen der Unterstützung des Frühstücks Kaffee auch, mit viel guter Energie, die nur in Bahia zu sehen. Die Struktur ist sehr angenehm, mit einem gemeinsamen Bereich von Entspannung und Restaurant, mit unglaublichen Würmern und schönen florierenden Pflanzen, im Innenraum der Unterkunft. Die Zimmer sind klein, aber komfortabel und erstklassig renoviert. Schließlich, ein Opao zu markieren und wiederholen so schnell wie möglich !!!

Foi minha primeira vez, foi eu, meu esposo e minha filha para comemorar o aniversário dela e o nosso de casamento e me surpreendeu ! Ambiente extremamente limpo, os funcionários bem agradáveis e educados. Os donos também bem receptivos, trataram minha filha com muito carinho. Café da manhã delicioso. Faço questão de enaltecer a cordialidade e o profissionalismo da Jaque, do Rui, da Eliane, da Mônica e de tantos outros colaboradores, cujo empenho e gentileza tornaram nossa estada especial. Outro destaque foi o restaurante Atobá, que se revelou uma verdadeira joia gastronômica.
