Art House Apartments by Adrez

Wir haben während der Prager Weihnachtsmärkte drei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Dank der idealen Lage im alten Prag konnten wir die Altstadt besichtigen. Straßenbahn und U-Bahn in der Nähe... Die Unterkunft, in der wir wohnten, war sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, eines mit Dusche und das andere mit Badewanne. Die Renovierung wurde mit Geschmack durchgeführt. Das Gebäude ist mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet. Wir werden unseren Aufenthalt in sehr guter Erinnerung behalten...

The building is very old. We stuck in the elevator app 51 min because the emergency button and ventilation was not working. We called many times the reception but they could not find a solution so we called 112 and they came for us and rescued. ıt was terrible for us.I do not advice this apt for the upper floors.

We stayed in apartment 8 at the top of the Art House apartment building. We booked via Air BnB. Prior to arriving communication with 'Prague Resistances' who service the apartments was very good. Messages were replied to quickly and they also arranged with an airport transfer. The day before our stay we received an email with the code to get into the apartment building and details on how to locate our apartment within the building . Once we arrived at the Art House building we struggled to find out apartment. The instructions say that the apartment number was A11 and on the 1st floor. In fact we were in apartment 8 on the 4th floor. Luckily the building has a lift so we could get our cases up to our apartment. The apartment was very spacious, modern and comfortable. The bathrooms all worked very well and so did the heating. Its one of the best Air Bnbs we have ever stayed in. A couple of things that we had issues with were the noise in the evenings. The lift makes a very loud sound as it is going up and down. Plus there was a very loud party going on in another apartment until around 2am one night. I'd recommend bringing ear plugs. The apartment's location is fantastic. I'd definitely recommend the Art House apartments and would stay here again if we came back to the city.

For the most part, we had a good stay at Art House Apartments. The staff was friendly, responsive and accommodating. We were able to check out later - which was greatly appreciated! Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 nights we stayed, there was loud music being played (or a party) either within the building or the building next door - it didn’t stop until closer to 1am. The apartment itself is located conveniently near the Charles Bridge and other key central areas. It’s well equipped (the washing machine was a plus!). It gets quite hot in the summer (fortunately there were fans provided to us!). Beds were comfortable but the showers could be improved with non-handheld shower heads. There were quite a few flies when we first entered the room, but they disappeared by the next morning.

Thanks to the property owner, we stayed 3 nights in the Art house and it made my first visit to Prague very pleasant. The building is at least 200 years old with a rococo staircase (!) but inside of the apartments have been renovated nicely. When I read the reviews, I just realized that there are 2 different apartments to rent in the complex. Because I see an apartment with modern interior in the photos but the given apartment to us was with a little bit of antiquity inside; such as old fashioned murals and paintings on the ceiling which actually can be a little spooky at night! By the way, we liked the place. It was very clean with spacious rooms and 2 toilets. Also very close to the center and the Charlz bridge, nearby there are bars, grocery and cafes ...

Appartement plein de charme proche de la vieille ville, vaste et qui offre des salles de bains modernes et une literie de qualité. Nous regrettons toutefois le manque d’équipement de la cuisine et surtout l’accueil déplorable qui nous a été réservé à la centrale de réservation où nous avons récupéré puis rendu les clés. C’est dommage…
