Louren Apartments

We arrived in Prague on the 24th November until 1st December and enjoyed the last two days of our trip in the amazing atmosphere of the Christmas Market. Our whole trip was very enjoyable and was so lucky with the weather. Our apartment was so nice, clean warm and comfortable. Our host was amazing and made our stay very easy. The communication from start to the end of our trip, can only be described as excellent. Mykhaylo Kolesnyk was so very helpful and responded to any questions we asked immediately. I would highly recommend the apartments that was only a short walk to a tram stop, (number 17), which will take you into the city with only a short walk to the famous Charles Bridge, and a few minutes stroll into the main square where you will find a tourist information office with all the information to get the best from your trip.. Restaurants, coffee shops and much much more in every direction. Our trip started with a comfortable apartment and the city experience was a delight..

Was in Prague at the beginning of October 2024 and rented this beautiful apartment. The location is great if you are looking for a quiet environment. The neighbourhood is wonderful with many shops, grocery stores and excellent restaurants. With good tram service, you can easily get to Old Town or even walk across the bridge. (20 minutes). The apartment is spacious and clean and includes everything needed in the kitchen to prepare meals if you decide to stay home. We received excellent service from Management which is quick to reply to your requests. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you!

Pathetic stay. We booked by *******. Never received any codes for the lock. On reaching there- found no way in. Searched our reservation and called. The lady gave us access code. Room was super tiny with a dangerous staircase to the loft bed. No body wash in the bottle in shower. No way to contact them as you don’t have any housekeeping contact number. No kitchen wipes. The kettle was in dire shape. All the non stick pans were scratched which are a known health hazard. The house lady called us that the washing machine is not working and we will have to come out of the apartment at 8 am in the morning as their is a repairing appointment. They knew that at still gave us that apartment ???. Yes there were empty apartments that night. They could have given us a functional one. And now the super money minting part. On a night before by checkin, I considered extending one night more at the apartment. Incidentally, I made a double reservation for the same night. Within a minute, i realized my mistake and mailed ******* who immediately mailed to the host. But they thought that now that they have got money- they will just keep it- no matter what the customer fault. They just simply refused to issue refund. Even I insisted on mail to them- the boss refused. Keep my money- grow rich as you can with that.

A very well equipped, spotlessly clean and spacious flat. Very comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, nice big table with chairs and practical two bathrooms - simply wonderful and highly recommended! The contact with the landlords is wonderful and the simple check-in and check-out via check-in machine works excellently and is independent of time. The air conditioning systems, which air-condition each room individually and independently, are also great on hot days!

Well appointed apartment, roomy, clean and comfortable. Located around 20 minutes walk from the city centre, in a residential area with plenty of shops and cafes. Access proved difficult due to incorrect code being provided, but once inside, the apartment was excellent, with a tram stop located on the same street and a metro station 10 minutes away. Recommended.

Excellent location. Really great neighborhood a bit outside Old city. Perfect transportation. Everything good with apartment. Aircondition. Mini market less than a minute away. Close to great museums. No real minusses. Recommended.
