**Three unforgivable failures:**
1. **Nighttime service blackout**: No staff or contingency plan post-10 PM, abandoning guests in crises;
2. **Holiday operational collapse**: Manager off-duty with zero backup authority, deliberately blocking solutions;
3. **Communication fraud**: Demanding email requests then ignoring them, intentionally wasting customers’ remedy window.
**Verdict**: This is not "policy enforcement"—it’s **institutionalized trickery**! Exploiting timing gaps and systemic flaws to profit from honest mistakes.
