This is going to be my permanent accommodation each time I travel to Potch. They are graded 5 star for a reason. Hospitality is out of this world, I really recommend them

Beautifully decorated rooms, clean, quiet and private! Breakfast exceptionally well prepared! Beautiful tranquil gardens! Friendly and helpful personnel! It was a real pleasure to stay at Ancient Emperor!

This is super place to stay. Well located in a nice quiet area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts are superb. The rooms are spotlessly clean. The beds very comfortable. Great value for money. Thanks a million to the staff for all the help.

Can recommend it to everyone who's looking for a good safe place with excellent view and good hospitality. Host very helpful and catered for all our requests. Relaxing environment and quality time well spend with family around the braai area.

Beautiful rooms and property. Great amenities, as well as load-shedding inverter backup. Tasty and well-prepared breakfast. Great communication by owners and management. Involved with guests without invading privacy.

We had a quick stay at Ancient Emperor Guest Estate - beautiful setting and good service. Lukas was an excellent host and kept us up to date via WhatsApp. We booked the honeymoon suite (which was shown as the only one available, however more rooms were available upon arrival) which was a bit overpriced.

We had the most WONDERFUL stay at Ancient Emperor, I honestly cannot rate it highly enough! The bed and pillows were the most comfortable every! The grounds were sensational! The absolute highlight was being hosted by Lukas and his team, some of the kindest, most caring and hospitable people we have ever met. We loved every minute and cannot wait to return!

I had the most amazing experience. This place took my bre away, I am so glad I decided to take a chance and drive alone all the way from Johannesburg. It really exceeded my expectations, loved every minute I spent. It Rea has healing powers 🤗

We had a very good breakfast. The room was spacious will all the needs of light, heating, and charging facilities. This is a good value for money stay. I think even nicer in summer with the pool and very large lawn are.
