Holiday Inn Express Hotels in Portsmouth

Excellent value for money. Very convenient for the early morning ferry we were catching. Was able to have a good breakfast before an early departure 

The air conditioning is non existent! We were allocated a room at the end of the block but had to ask to be moved because the room was so hot and we couldn't open the window as it was screwed shut. Thought the replacement room was slightly better but only because we could open the window. The whole hotel was very warm and there is obviously a major problem with the air conditioning, that's if it's actually on? Other than that, we were happy with our stay and the hotel is in a great location with favourable hotel parking prices.
