"Das Portpatrick Hotel ist ein erstaunliches Gebäude, in und aus. Das zeigt sich natürlich durch die etwas dateiierte Dekoration, aber ich würde mir vorstellen, es ist ein gelistetes Gebäude, und ihre Hände werden an die Änderungen gebunden sein, die sie dazu machen könnten. Für mich fügt es den Charme des Ortes hinzu. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben genau das, was Sie für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt brauchen. Wenn ich eine Beschwerde hatte, wäre es die Dusche; es war arm und selten warmes Wasser. Ich verstehe das wiederum, weil die Menge der Menschen in einem alten Gebäude. Das hat meinen Aufenthalt nicht beeinträchtigt. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wird sicherlich einen Tag zurückkommen, danke für einen großen Aufenthalt! Phil."

"Perfect stay for the ferry but a lovely town and worth more than one night Really friendly staff who are genuinely pet friendly There was entertainment on when I stayed but due to an early ferry I’d missed it but the band members were nice too I’ll stay again and recommend Only had a pudding which was nice and the main dishes looked better than what I’d had elsewhere Over heard an awkward customer and the kitchen even catered for her Thanks for a great stay"

Crown Hotel

"Hotel by the harbour. Shares the problem with all accommodation here in that it is noisy, rooms with a sea view pick up sounds from the outdoor seating and any traffic, motorcycle gatherings are very disruptive. Our room, the loft, was under the sloping roof. Small but big enough for a couple of days, great view. But one person in the double bed will definitely be banging their head on the sloping roof. Excellent bathroom. Okay, generous size breakfast but selection outside of hot dish very limited. But why I wouldn’t return? This is an old building on 3 levels without an alternative fire exit from the bedrooms other than the front door. So, in accordance with fire regulations it relies on fire doors to protect the rooms. However we found 2 doors on the way to our room, clearly marked ‘Fire door, keep shut’ kept open, one with a wooden chock. I closed them only to find them reopened."
