Spots apartment is in a good location, just across on of the main stations (Trindade). We didnt really used public transport as the property is near the tourist spots, the city is highly walkable so make sure you wear comfy shoes. The room we got was big, 2 rooms (1 double bed and 1 with single) and a double sofabed in the living room. It is clean and quiet with good supply of toilet rolls and handsoaps and bodywash and shampoo. There’s a big fridge, full kitchen with utensils if you think of cooking. Which btw there is a supermarket just 3 mins walk. We opted for an airport transfer when we arrived, you can ask for details if you need it. Uber is available in the city too. There is a complimentary bottle of wine to welcome the group.

3 air-con in the property I was informed they’re out of order when I asked, all remote control was collected by staff.
Staff told me they would arrange to fix the problem but during 3 nights my staying , nothing was happened.
Assignment two fans and one with very noisy and not able to move around. I requested to get a quiet one and staff said they would arrange, nothing happened.
I requested late check in till 11:30am that just 30 minutes extended because I waited to collect my car rental for more than 1 hour. Staff immediately refused my request that need to check out 11am.
I didn’t find staff in this property was helpful to customer. I would not believe 3 air-con in the property would be broken at the same time … perhaps just would not want me to use it.
Pastry shop downstair is bright point with decent price which gave credit for my staying. Location also convenient.

Hot water was quite problematic as was insufficient towels which we were told when we requested towels that they were in the drawers which was not true. We reserved and paid for breakfast which we were refused as well. Apartment was not serviced during our stay which also was disappointing.

Positives: The location was good. breakfast is delicious. Negatives: The rooms are very noisy, I think they should find a solution to it. they helped with dishwashing and laundry detergent.

Two bedroom apartment is very spacious and has everything for a long stay. The pastry shop downstairs has good quality pastries. Location is convenient next to metro station.

Great spacious apartment, great location, great value for money. Breakfast so so. We forgot our iPad when we went back to Norway, and the Staff at the reception were extremely helpful and service minded in helping us out. Recommended over a hotel any day, especially for families.
